Corrections log

By Marisol Keane, Editor, metabolic health · Updated October 2026

When a fact on LongevityGLP1 is wrong, we fix it and list the fix here. Prices that change because a provider changed them aren't corrections; those are routine updates. A wrong price we published is.

Report an error

Send the page link and what you think is wrong to the corrections address on the contact page. A link to the source that shows the right fact helps us move faster: the drug's label, a published study, an FDA notice, or the provider's own page.

Providers can report errors about themselves the same way. A fix is made when the provider's own public page shows the correct fact, not on a request alone.

What happens next

  1. The source is looked up and compared with the page.
  2. If the page is wrong, it's fixed and its byline date moves to the current month.
  3. The fix is listed below with the month and a one-line description of what changed.
  4. If a fix changes a Healthspan Score, the score is recalculated and the lineup reorders on its own.

If the page turns out to be right, you'll get a reply explaining why.

Fixes

MonthPageWhat changed
October 2026How we score providersMethod revision: a labeled Partner box can sit above a lineup's list, and a partner goes first only in an exact tie. No score changed.
October 2026How we score providersMethod revision: the compounded tirzepatide and GLP-1 pill price ranges moved after a provider's monthly prices were confirmed, and a brand Wegovy and Zepbound self-pay lineup was added. Affected scores were recalculated from the data.

Changes to how we score

Changes to the Healthspan Score's checks, weights or price ranges are listed here as well, with a link to the note on how we score.
