Our take on Heva Health
Heva Health is a telehealth clinic tied to an in-person practice in Phoenix, Arizona; its clinic page says Heva Health and Dose are two names for one medical practice. For weight care it sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each mixed with B12 and glycine, as upfront packages of one, three or six months. Compounded semaglutide is $199 for one month, and the longer packages cost less per month but are paid in one charge. The price includes the virtual visit, the medication, supplies and overnight cold shipping, and the page promises the same price at any dose.
That flat price is the part that ages well. If your provider moves you up over the first few months, a one-month package at a higher dose costs what the first one did. Packages also don't renew on their own: Heva says refills are provider-reviewed, so a clinician checks in and can adjust your plan before each new cycle, and the three- and six-month packages add free check-ins. One mismatch to note: the site banner offers to "cancel or pause subscription" while every GLP-1 package says no automatic renewal. Compare it with other flat-price programs on the compounded semaglutide lineup.
Tirzepatide follows the same package format at a higher price, and Heva says state pharmacy rules stop it from dispensing tirzepatide in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana and South Carolina. Brand-name drugs work differently. For Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo, a monthly subscription covers only your medical care, and NovoCare or LillyDirect bills you for the medication by dose. The compounded tirzepatide guide and the Zepbound guide explain the trade-off.
Heva is more open than most about who fills prescriptions. Its FAQ names Strive Pharmacy and Stryker Compounding Pharmacy, both described as state-licensed specialty pharmacies, and says a licensed pharmacist checks every prescription. Care is mostly by message: a licensed provider reviews your intake, usually within a day, and a few treatments need a short video call. Its clinical team includes a naturopathic doctor as chief clinical officer and a DNP, so ask about your prescriber's credentials if that matters to you. Its pages say compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the compounded semaglutide safety guide explains what that means.
Refunds are clear but narrow. If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, or you cancel before the prescription reaches the pharmacy, Heva refunds the program in full, visit and labs included. Once the pharmacy accepts the prescription, it isn't refundable, and membership fees already paid stay paid.
What Heva Health costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $199/mo | $199/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $349/mo | $349/mo |
Prices are taken from Heva Health's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Wegovy (injection), Zepbound (injection), Orforglipron (tablet).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Where Heva Health does well
- One semaglutide price at any dose, so moving up the dose doesn't raise your package price.
- GLP-1 packages don't renew on their own; a provider reviews progress before each new cycle.
- Names its two compounding pharmacies, Strive and Stryker, in its own FAQ.
- The package price covers the visit, medication, supplies and overnight cold shipping.
- Full refund, visit and labs included, if you're not a fit before the pharmacy fills the order.
What to check first
- Longer packages are paid in one upfront charge. Start with one month unless you're sure you'll stay.
- Tirzepatide can't be dispensed in AK, AR, IN or SC. Choose semaglutide or another program there.
- For brand GLP-1s the monthly fee covers care only; the drug is billed separately. Price both before you start.
- No refund once the pharmacy accepts your prescription. Cancel before fulfillment if you change your mind.
- Its clinical lead is a naturopathic doctor. Ask who will prescribe for you if credentials matter to you.
It fits you if
You want one compounded semaglutide price at every dose, named pharmacies, and packages that never renew without a provider checking in first.
Look elsewhere if
You live in a state where its tirzepatide isn't dispensed, you want brand-name medication included in one price, or you'd rather spread a longer plan across monthly payments.

- Drug guideSemaglutide: how it works and the products that contain it
Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
