Our take on Eden
Eden prices compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $129, the same at every dose, with no membership on the GLP-1 plans. The FAQ says there's no second-month increase and no dose-based price hike, and that the price stays locked while your account stays open. Close it and come back later, and you pay whatever the price is then. That flat figure covers the provider review, 24/7 messaging, dose and side-effect guidance, and expedited shipping. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows why a flat price matters once your dose climbs.
The pharmacy story is unusual. Eden bought a compounding pharmacy and renamed it Eden Pharmacy, and its GLP-1 pages say each order is prepared there or at one of its partner pharmacies. Its about page names four partners, with addresses: GoGoMeds in Kentucky, Precision in New York, Enovex in California and AbsolutePharmacy in Florida, and calls them US-licensed 503A pharmacies. Eden Pharmacy's own site says it's licensed in 32 states and uses partners elsewhere, so ask which pharmacy fills yours. The pages also call the product "Authentic Eden medication" and claim Eden makes it. The FDA letter shown on this page, sent in 2026, concerned product labels that presented Eden as the maker of its compounded GLP-1s and a claim about FDA-licensed outsourcing facilities. That claim no longer appears on its pages.
You start with a three-minute questionnaire, and a licensed clinician reviews it, the company says within 24 hours. Providers come from an independent physician network licensed in your state, though no medical group is named. Labs are ordered by your provider and included when needed. Plans renew automatically, and you can pause or cancel from the portal before the next billing date, but orders already sent to the pharmacy can't be canceled, and charges aren't refundable.
One term needs a careful read. The product pages promise your money back if you follow the plan and don't lose at least 15% in six months, while the terms of service describe a refund or credit if you don't lose up to 10%. Brand Wegovy and Zepbound are also sold, and those plans, like every non-GLP-1 treatment such as NAD+ and sermorelin, add a monthly Eden membership on top. Compare the flat compounded price on the compounded semaglutide lineup.
What Eden costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $99/mo | $99/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $129/mo | $129/mo |
Prices are taken from Eden's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Wegovy (injection), Zepbound (injection).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from independent licensed providers in a physician network licensed in your state; the network isn't named. Eden's GLP-1 pages say Eden Pharmacy, the compounding pharmacy it owns, or a partner pharmacy prepares each order, and Eden Pharmacy says it is licensed in 32 states. Its about page names the partners: GoGoMeds, Precision, Enovex and AbsolutePharmacy.
Where Eden does well
- One price at every dose for semaglutide and tirzepatide, with no membership and a promise of no second-month increase.
- Names its own pharmacy, Eden Pharmacy, and lists four partner pharmacies with their addresses.
- Provider-ordered labs are included when needed, so bloodwork isn't a surprise bill.
- 24/7 messaging with the care team and dose guidance are part of the monthly price.
- Serves GLP-1 programs in all 50 states, with expedited shipping.
What to check first
- The warranty says 15% on the product page but 10% in the terms. Get the rules in writing before you count on a refund.
- Eden Pharmacy is licensed in 32 states; partners fill the rest. Ask which pharmacy will fill your order.
- Orders already sent to the pharmacy can't be canceled. Cancel well before your next billing date.
- Close your account and the locked price is gone. Pause instead of canceling if you plan to return.
- Brand GLP-1s and every other treatment need a monthly membership on top. Add it in before comparing prices.
It fits you if
You want a compounded GLP-1 at one flat price that won't rise with your dose, with labs and round-the-clock messaging included and no membership.
Look elsewhere if
You want the prescribing medical group named, a refund policy with clear numbers, or brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound without a membership on top.

- ResearchHair loss on Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro: what the labels report
Hair loss is a listed side effect of the two GLP-1 weight drugs, and both labels tie it to weight loss. Here are the rates by drug and dose, why women see it more, and what the diabetes labels say.
- Drug guideSemaglutide: how it works and the products that contain it
Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
- Side by sideIs compounded semaglutide the same as Ozempic? Not as a product
The name on the vial is the same molecule. Almost everything else differs: who checks it, what else is in it, how it's dosed and what evidence stands behind it. Here is each difference, with current prices for both.
- ResearchDoes compounded semaglutide work as well as Wegovy?
The molecule has strong trial evidence behind it. A compounded vial borrows that evidence only if it holds the same molecule at the strength on its label.
