Our take on Nirwana Health

Nirwana Health's plan picker lays out four ways to buy compounded semaglutide. The monthly subscription, which you can cancel any time, is $149 a month, and the company says that's the full checkout price, doctor visit and delivery included. A one-time single month costs more than the subscription, and the three- and six-month subscriptions cost less per month. There's no membership fee. The compounded semaglutide guide covers how the compounded drug differs from Wegovy.

Tirzepatide follows the same layout, with a monthly subscription of $229. Both drugs also come as daily tablets: semaglutide at $199 a month and tirzepatide at $249 on the monthly subscription. Watch the marketing, though. The site banner says tirzepatide starts lower than the subscription price, and a pricing block lower on the same page calls the one-month injection figure an "introductory rate." The picker and the intake screen agree with each other, so treat those as the price, and ask whether the monthly figure changes at renewal.

Care is light-touch by design. A US-licensed clinician reviews a short online intake, and patients in 12 states and Washington, D.C., including Arkansas, Louisiana and both Carolinas, are sent a link to book a required video visit. Everyone else is reviewed without a live visit. No blood work is required for the GLP-1 plans, and unlimited doctor chat is included. The company says its providers are board-certified, but it doesn't name a medical group, and its pages say only that orders come from US-licensed partner pharmacies.

Refunds are narrow. You can cancel a subscription any time, but there's no refund for a cancellation mid-cycle, and an order can't be canceled once the prescription is approved and processed. One protection stands out: if your medication hasn't shipped within 14 days of ordering, you can ask for a refund. The anti-aging menu also lists tesamorelin, which has no lawful compounding pathway. Prices are taken from Nirwana Health's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Pick a form and plan

Choose injection or tablet, then a one-time month or a monthly, three-month or six-month subscription. Prices show before the intake.

  2. Short online intake

A US-licensed clinician reviews your answers. Patients in 12 states and D.C. are sent a link to book a required video visit first.

  3. Partner pharmacy fills it

If you're prescribed, a US-licensed partner pharmacy prepares the medication. No blood work is required for GLP-1 plans.

  4. Free shipping, ongoing chat

Medication ships free, and unlimited doctor chat continues while your subscription is active.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Prescriptions come from licensed, board-certified providers the company doesn't name by group; most patients are reviewed online, and those in 12 states and D.C. need a video visit. Nirwana says orders are filled by US-licensed partner pharmacies but names none in its terms, privacy policy, FAQ or product pages.

Where Nirwana Health does well

  • The checkout price includes the doctor visit and delivery, with no membership fee on top.
  • A monthly subscription you can cancel any time, plus a one-time single month if you'd rather not subscribe.
  • Daily semaglutide and tirzepatide tablets for people who'd rather not inject.
  • Refund available if your medication hasn't shipped within 14 days of ordering.
  • Unlimited doctor chat comes with every GLP-1 plan.

What to check first

  • No pharmacy or medical group is named. Ask support which pharmacy will fill your prescription.
  • A pricing block calls the monthly figure an introductory rate. Ask what the second month costs.
  • The banner's tirzepatide price is below the subscription price. Go by the plan picker at checkout.
  • No refund for a mid-cycle cancellation. Cancel before the next billing date if you plan to stop.
  • The anti-aging menu lists tesamorelin, which can't be lawfully compounded. Stick to the GLP-1 plans.
