Our take on HealthRX
HealthRX lists every plan length on the product page, which makes the arithmetic easy. Compounded semaglutide is $99 for the first month, then $165 every month until you cancel. Tirzepatide follows the same pattern, $99 up front and then $214 a month. The price covers the medication, the provider review and overnight shipping, and there's no membership. Budget for the second month's figure, not the first; that's the one you'll pay for as long as you stay on the plan.
The big "from" figures on the product cards belong to the 12-month plan. Three-, six- and 12-month plans lower the monthly rate, but each is charged in full on the day you buy it and renews for the same term. That suits someone sure they'll stay on treatment for a year, and it is a lot of money up front for someone who isn't. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how month-to-month pricing usually compares with prepaid plans.
The order of steps is unusual. You choose a plan and pay first, then complete the medical intake in your account. An independent clinician licensed in your state reviews it within about 24 hours, and if they don't prescribe, you get a full refund. Labs aren't required to begin. The product pages say a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication and that compounded semaglutide isn't Wegovy and isn't FDA-approved, but the company doesn't name the clinicians' medical group.
HealthRX also prescribes for healthy aging. Metformin ER is $134 a month and rapamycin $152 a month on the monthly plan, both prescribed off-label for longevity, and the pages say a provider reviews your history and labs first. Both prices include the provider review and shipping. The metformin and longevity guide covers what the evidence does and doesn't show, and the metformin and rapamycin lineup compares programs side by side.

Prices are taken from HealthRX's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Where HealthRX does well
- Prints one-, three-, six- and 12-month prices on every product page, with no membership on top.
- Full refund if the clinician decides not to prescribe, stated on each product page.
- Overnight, no-signature shipping is included in the plan price.
- Prescribes metformin and rapamycin for healthy aging alongside its GLP-1 plans.
- Says plainly that compounded semaglutide isn't Wegovy and isn't FDA-approved.
What to check first
- The first month is an intro price; the plan renews higher. Budget by the second month's figure.
- Longer plans are charged in full up front and renew for the same term. Pick one only if you're sure.
- You pay before any medical intake. Read the refund policy before checkout, not after.
- The pharmacy and medical group aren't named. Ask support which pharmacy will fill your order.
- Metformin and rapamycin are prescribed off-label for longevity. Talk through the trade-offs with your clinician.
It fits you if
You want a straightforward monthly GLP-1 price with no membership, or you'd like metformin or rapamycin prescribed by the same company.
Look elsewhere if
You want a medical review before you pay, or a GLP-1 price that doesn't step up after the first month.

- ResearchGLP-1 drugs, depression and anxiety: what FDA's latest review found
From their first approvals, Wegovy and Zepbound carried a warning about suicidal thoughts. In January 2026, after its largest review yet, FDA asked for it to come off. Here is what the agency studied, what the labels say now, and when a mood change still needs a call.
- Drug guideSemaglutide: how it works and the products that contain it
Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.

Three large trials stopped the drug on purpose to see what would happen. The answer was consistent: weight came back, and some health gains faded with it. Here's what each found, in numbers.
