Our take on AgelessRx
AgelessRx is built around longevity prescriptions, and rapamycin is the clearest example. It's $65 a month, billed and shipped monthly, and that price includes baseline blood work and ongoing labs. That's unusual. Most programs bill labs separately, and rapamycin is a drug where monitoring matters. Keep in mind that rapamycin is approved for transplant medicine, not for aging, so any longevity prescription is off-label. AgelessRx offers compounded and generic rapamycin; ask which one you'll get, because the two aren't interchangeable milligram for milligram. The rapamycin guide covers what the human evidence does and doesn't show.
AgelessRx leans hard on PEARL, a year-long rapamycin trial its own team designed and ran. Read its claims with that in mind: the study's authors were AgelessRx employees or shareholders, and it missed its main goal, a change in visceral fat. Some secondary results, such as lean mass in women on the higher dose, looked better. That's a reason for caution, not a reason to skip the drug if your doctor thinks it fits.
For GLP-1s, the picture is mixed. The brand Wegovy pill runs about $349 a month once intro pricing ends: an AgelessRx membership plus the drug, which Amazon Pharmacy fills and bills separately. The first month is $199 all in. Microdose tirzepatide starts with a $109 first month, then bills every two months, about $159 a month. Its standard compounded GLP-1 plans only show a price on a four-month plan. The GLP-1 pill lineup compares the Wegovy pill route with other programs.
Care runs through a named medical group, Positron Medical Group, and you're charged only after a provider approves the prescription. Some states require a short video visit, and anyone can ask for one at no extra cost. Messaging and dose adjustments come with the plan. Compounded drugs come from licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies that AgelessRx doesn't name. Metformin is on the menu too; the metformin for longevity guide explains why it's also off-label for aging.

Prices are taken from AgelessRx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded tirzepatide microdose skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Complete the online intake
Choose a treatment and answer the medical questions. Your card is charged only if a provider approves.
A provider reviews it
A U.S.-licensed provider from Positron Medical Group reviews your answers. Some states need a short video visit, at no extra cost.
Labs and the pharmacy
For rapamycin you complete blood work at a local lab; a licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy compounds the order.
Free shipping, ongoing support
Medication ships free each month, with provider messaging, check-ins and dose adjustments along the way.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from U.S.-licensed providers of Positron Medical Group, the medical group AgelessRx names in its privacy notice; review is online, with a short video visit where a state requires one or when you ask. AgelessRx says its compounding pharmacies are licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies. The Wegovy pill is filled by Amazon Pharmacy, which bills you directly.
Where AgelessRx does well
- Rapamycin's monthly price includes baseline and ongoing blood work, not just the prescription.
- Names its medical group, and your card is charged only after a provider approves you.
- A video visit is available on request at no extra cost, even where the state doesn't require one.
- Says every compounding pharmacy it uses is a licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy.
- Prints the Wegovy pill's month-one, month-two and ongoing totals, membership included.
What to check first
- Rapamycin for aging is off-label, and its own PEARL trial missed its main goal. Talk it through with your doctor first.
- Rapamycin comes compounded or generic. Ask which you'll get, since doses don't convert one to one.
- Microdose tirzepatide bills every two months after the intro month. Plan for the larger charge.
- The Wegovy pill price is set by Amazon Pharmacy and can change. Check the drug price at each refill.
- Standard compounded GLP-1 plans show a price only on a four-month plan. Ask for the month-to-month price.
It fits you if
You want a longevity-focused program for rapamycin or metformin with labs built in, or brand Wegovy pill access with a clear monthly total.
Look elsewhere if
You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on a simple month-to-month plan, or a named compounding pharmacy.

Metformin lowers blood sugar in type 2 diabetes, mainly by reducing the glucose your liver releases and helping your body use insulin. It is FDA-approved only for type 2 diabetes.
