Our take on Youth & Soul
Youth & Soul prices compounded semaglutide injections at $149 a month, and that figure covers the clinician consultation, the prescription and shipping. There's no membership on top, so the sticker is the monthly cost. What the page doesn't say is which dose that price buys. If your prescriber raises the dose later, nothing on the site tells you whether the price moves with it, so ask before checkout. The compounded semaglutide guide explains what the drug is and how it differs from Wegovy.
Tirzepatide injections cost $199 a month on the month-to-month plan, and a little less if you commit to six months. The company also leans into needle-free options. Semaglutide lozenges are $149 a month and tirzepatide lozenges $189. A daily tirzepatide mouth spray it calls HypoSpray is $199. Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound appear on the homepage, but no brand price is shown, and the weight-loss intake's price screen lists only the compounded options.
Care runs through Bask Health, a network of US-licensed clinicians. You answer the questionnaire and pay at checkout. A clinician then reviews your online visit, which the company says happens within 24 hours, and you get a full refund if treatment isn't approved. The site doesn't describe follow-up check-ins, lab work for its GLP-1 plans, or what a dose change costs. The pharmacy side is clearer than most: the footer names its 503A compounding pharmacy in Tennessee and a fulfillment facility in Florida, with street addresses.
A few things deserve a second look. The longevity page's header advertises "FDA-Approved Compounds," yet compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the site's own footer says so. A peptide shop run by an outside vendor sits on the homepage, listing compounds such as retatrutide that are sold without a prescription. That shop isn't part of the medical program. Testimonials are collected "from across the internet," and the footer warns that some site content may be AI-generated. The cancel wording differs too: the FAQ and refund policy say any time, while the terms ask for 30 days' notice. To see how the monthly cost sits next to other programs, open the compounded semaglutide lineup.

Prices are taken from Youth & Soul's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Zepbound (pen).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Answer the health questionnaire
A short online intake asks about your goals, your state and your health history. Prices are on the plan pages before you start.
Check out, then clinician review
You pay at checkout. A US-licensed clinician from the Bask Health network reviews your online visit, which the company says takes up to 24 hours.
The pharmacy prepares it
Once approved, the prescription goes to the 503A compounding pharmacy the company names in its footer.
Free shipping, monthly renewals
Orders ship free. Monthly plans renew 30 days after your first order unless you cancel.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from clinicians in the Bask Health network, which the company describes as US-licensed physicians, and the review happens after checkout. Its site footer and FAQ name its 503A compounding pharmacy, Procompounding Pharmacy in Tennessee, and its fulfillment facility, The Pharmacy Hub in Florida.
Where Youth & Soul does well
- No membership fee: the monthly price covers the clinician visit, the prescription and shipping.
- Names its 503A compounding pharmacy and its fulfillment facility, with street addresses, on its own site.
- Prints the month-to-month tirzepatide price next to the six-month rate, so you can see what committing saves.
- Full refund if the clinician decides treatment isn't right for you.
- Daily lozenges and a mouth spray for people who'd rather not inject.
What to check first
- No dose is printed next to any price. Ask which dose you'll start on and whether the price rises with it.
- The longevity page claims "FDA-Approved Compounds"; compounded drugs aren't. Treat every product here as compounded.
- A homepage peptide shop from an outside vendor sells unapproved compounds. Stick to the prescription plans.
- Terms ask for 30 days' notice to cancel, though the FAQ says any time. Cancel well before your next renewal.
- The FAQ says it ships to most states but prints no list. Confirm your state on the intake before you pay.
It fits you if
You want a compounded GLP-1 at a flat monthly price with no membership, or you'd rather try a lozenge or a spray than a weekly injection.
Look elsewhere if
You want labs and scheduled follow-ups built into the plan, a brand-name price you can see up front, or a company that names its legal entity in its terms.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
