Our take on Bayan Health
Bayan Health sells compounded tirzepatide at $149 a month and compounded semaglutide at $129, and both prices hold at every dose. The product pages put it bluntly: the price stays the same "regardless of your dose." That figure covers the medication, the physician consultation and expedited shipping, with no membership or sign-up fee. Most programs re-price as the dose climbs, so a flat figure is what makes year two cost the same as month one. The compounded tirzepatide cost guide shows how that compares with the usual dose-tiered pricing.
Lower-dose versions sit below that. Microdose semaglutide is $99 a month and microdose tirzepatide $119, also flat at every dose. Every GLP-1 here is mixed with vitamin B6. If you are weighing a smaller dose for appetite or metabolic goals rather than large weight loss, the microdose tirzepatide explainer covers what is and isn't known.
The catch is in how it ships and bills. If you're approved, Bayan sends three months of medication at once and bills you monthly, and the pricing page calls each plan a 90-day protocol. The refund policy is strict. Physician fees become non-refundable once a review begins, even if the clinician decides treatment isn't right for you. Medication charges are final once the prescription reaches the pharmacy, and you must cancel at least 15 days before the next billing or renewal date. Read that policy before checkout, because a change of heart in week two won't get money back.
Care comes through MDIntegrations, a clinical network Bayan names on its own site. You complete an intake, and a clinician reviews it by video, audio or secure messaging. Lab panels are optional and sold separately, with prices listed. The pharmacy side is vaguer: the footer says licensed 503A and 503B US pharmacies fill orders, but no GLP-1 pharmacy is named. The wider menu also lists peptides such as BPC-157 and TB-500 that FDA hasn't cleared for compounding. See where Bayan lands on the compounded tirzepatide lineup.

Prices are taken from Bayan Health's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

A clinician from the MDIntegrations network reviews your intake by video, audio or secure messaging, and may ask for labs first.
Pharmacy prepares three months
If you're approved, a licensed US pharmacy prepares three months of medication. Nothing ships until a physician approves.

The supply ships free with tracking. Plans continue until you cancel, at least 15 days before the next billing date.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from clinicians in the MDIntegrations network who are licensed or authorized in your state, by video, audio or secure messaging. Bayan says licensed 503A and 503B US pharmacies fill its orders.
