Our take on AHBARx
AHBARx prices compounded semaglutide at $249 for a one-month supply delivered monthly, and compounded tirzepatide at $349. Each product page shows one price with no dose ladder, and no page says which dose that price buys, so ask your provider whether the figure holds as your dose rises. Three-month and six-month plans lower the monthly cost. The six-month plan is charged every six months, though the medication arrives every three, so half a year's payment leaves your account at once.
What sets AHBARx apart is the check before each refill. Ahead of every renewal you get a message for a monthly reassessment, and the product pages say each refill is reviewed at a follow-up consultation. That's more structure than most programs at this price, and it gives you a regular point to raise side effects or a dose change. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how the monthly price compares with other programs, and the compounded semaglutide safety guide covers what to ask at those check-ins.
Care is provided by Ahura Wellness, a medical practice in Newport Beach, California, and the site names the groups behind it: Qualiphy and a telehealth network for clinicians, and AnazaoHealth for compounding and pharmacy services. Each product page says plainly that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved. The site doesn't say whether AnazaoHealth fills orders as a 503A or 503B pharmacy, and one page lists it as a provider group rather than a pharmacy.
The terms are where caution comes in. They still contain unfilled placeholders where the pharmacies, medical groups and a lab partner should be named. They also describe a required monthly weight-loss membership, charged separately from the medication, while the billing guide says there are no membership fees and no product page shows one. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next process date, and once a package ships, the sale is final. No state list is published; the intake confirms whether care is available where you live.

Prices are taken from AHBARx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Pick a plan length
Choose a one, three or six-month plan on the product page and add it to your cart. Every plan price is shown before checkout.
Complete the medical intake
Answer questions about your health. A licensed provider from Qualiphy or a telehealth network it works with reviews it and decides whether to prescribe.
The pharmacy prepares it
If you're prescribed, the order goes to a partner pharmacy and ships to you. AHBARx names AnazaoHealth for compounding.
Reassessment before each refill
Before every renewal you get a message to complete a reassessment. Change, pause or cancel at least 48 hours before the process date.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Services are provided by Ahura Wellness, with licensed providers from Qualiphy and a telehealth network reviewing your intake and prescribing; the site doesn't say whether that review is live or online. AHBARx names AnazaoHealth for compounding and pharmacy services, without stating whether it's a 503A or 503B pharmacy.
Where AHBARx does well
- A provider reassessment comes before every refill, so dose questions get a regular check-in.
- Names its clinician groups, including Qualiphy, and AnazaoHealth for compounding.
- Prints one-month, three-month and six-month prices on each product page before checkout.
- Every GLP-1 page states plainly that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved or FDA-verified.
- Lets you change, pause or cancel a subscription from your account at any time.
What to check first
- Its terms describe a required membership the product pages never show. Ask support if one is charged.
- The terms still hold unfilled placeholders for its pharmacies and medical groups. Ask who fills your order.
- The six-month plan bills half a year at once. Start with one month until you know the drug suits you.
- Sales are final once a package ships. Make any change at least 48 hours before your process date.
- No dose is printed next to the price. Ask whether the monthly figure stays the same as your dose rises.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain.
