Our take on ARSYNL Rx
ARSYNL Rx keeps its GLP-1 pricing simple. Compounded semaglutide with B12 is $219 a month and compounded tirzepatide with B6 is $269, both on a one-month plan billed monthly. The price is flat across every dose step, the medication and injection supplies are included, and there is no separate membership fee. A provider reviews how you're tolerating the drug before each dose increase, so the step-ups are built into the plan rather than sold as new visits. The compounded semaglutide guide explains how the drug differs from Wegovy.
The other tirzepatide option is a needle-free spray you rub into the skin, sold as the HypoSpray. Its page lists the same monthly price as the injection and says billing is monthly, but it also says one bottle is exactly four weeks of supply. If refills follow the bottle, that's 13 a year, which makes the spray cost more per calendar month than the injection by our math. Transdermal tirzepatide isn't an FDA-approved dosage form, and ARSYNL's own page says so about its compounded drugs. First-time buyers get a fixed discount on the first order with a printed code; plan around the regular price.
ARSYNL is more open than most about who fills the order. Its FAQ names two compounding pharmacies, one in South Carolina and one in Florida, with addresses and phone numbers. You can also ask for the prescription to go to your local pharmacy, though ARSYNL says its own network will usually cost less. Most patients hear back from a provider within 24 hours, and some states need a video visit or live chat. Its product pages and its FAQ name two different provider networks, so ask which one will handle your visit.
A few practical points. ARSYNL doesn't publish a list of the states it serves; restrictions are confirmed during the intake. Its returns page says it doesn't currently ship refrigerated products, so ask how your injection should be stored once it arrives. Prescriptions are final sale once they ship, but you can cancel from your account any time, and ARSYNL contacts you before each refill is billed. Metformin is sold only on a 3-month plan, about $46.67 a month. Compare it with other programs on the compounded semaglutide lineup.

Prices are taken from ARSYNL Rx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

One of the two compounding pharmacies named in the FAQ prepares the order, or your local pharmacy if you ask.
Ships, then refills
You're billed when the order ships. Before each refill ARSYNL contacts you, and you can cancel from your account.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
ARSYNL's product pages say licensed physicians and nurse practitioners in the Arora Health provider network review every order and name its three physician leaders. Its FAQ still names MD Integrations as the provider network and lists the assigned physicians in four states. Most reviews are written, with video or chat where a state requires it. The FAQ names Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, and RX Compounding Store in Miami as the pharmacies that may fill your prescription, depending on the drug.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
