Our take on HumeCare+
HumeCare+ shows its prices only after a fairly long online quiz, so here is what sits behind it. Compounded semaglutide comes on three-, six- and 12-month plans, with no month-to-month choice. On the three-month plan the first month is $199 and the next two are $279 each, billed as one term. Longer plans lower the monthly figure but commit you for longer. HumeCare says the price is the same at every dose. The homepage card shows a different welcome figure than checkout does, so trust the plan page you see before paying.
Compounded tirzepatide follows the same ladder, with a $299 first month on the three-month plan and $379 a month after that. Both drugs come with glycine, B12 and B6 built into the protocol, and there's a once-daily oral option as well as weekly injections. What sets HumeCare+ apart is the hardware: plans include a Hume Pod body-composition scale and the Hume app, so you can track fat and lean mass each week, not just your weight. The compounded semaglutide cost guide compares the three-month total with month-to-month programs.
Care comes through MDI Medical Group, the clinical network its terms name, and the terms link to a provider directory with each clinician's license details. HumeCare+ says nothing is charged until a physician approves you, and if you're found ineligible after the first evaluation the membership fee is refunded within 10 business days, even if you keep the scale. After that, the homepage promises unlimited access to clinicians, video visits and side-effect support around the clock.
The money rules are worth reading. Plans renew automatically for the same term length unless you cancel in your account or by email before the renewal date, and partly used or prepaid periods aren't refunded. The homepage also promises your money back if you don't lose 10% of your body weight in six months. The current terms don't spell out how that promise works, so get the conditions in writing before you count on it. Some doses or forms can cost extra; the terms say you'll be told and asked first.
HumeCare+ says state-licensed compounding pharmacies fill its prescriptions, and that you may be offered a choice of pharmacy, but it doesn't name them. Its intake turns away Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi, so check your state first. To compare it with programs that bill month to month, see the compounded semaglutide lineup or the compounded semaglutide guide.

Prices are taken from HumeCare+'s own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Choose a plan, pay nothing yet
Pick a three-, six- or 12-month plan. HumeCare+ says you're charged only if a physician approves your prescription.
An MDI physician reviews it
A licensed physician from MDI Medical Group reviews your intake, with video visits and messaging available afterward.
Pharmacy, delivery and scans
A state-licensed compounding pharmacy prepares your order, shipped in unmarked packaging. You track progress with the Hume Pod and app.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Licensed physicians from MDI Medical Group, the clinical network HumeCare+ names in its terms, review intakes and prescribe; a provider directory lists their licenses. State-licensed compounding pharmacies fill orders, and the terms say you may get a choice of pharmacy, but none is named.

Look elsewhere if
You want to pay one month at a time, see the price before answering health questions, or know which pharmacy fills your medication.

The molecule has strong trial evidence behind it. A compounded vial borrows that evidence only if it holds the same molecule at the strength on its label.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
