Our take on MEDGm
MEDGm prices its plans as one bundle, and the bundle is generous. Compounded semaglutide costs $179 for the first month, then $299 a month on the month-to-month plan, with no commitment. That price covers the online provider visit, a lab panel with a metabolic report, the medication, an injection kit, free two-day shipping and ongoing check-ins, and MEDGm says it stays the same as your dose rises. Medicine for side effects is included too. Few programs fold labs into the monthly price, so compare the whole bundle, not just the drug. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows the wider range.
The headline "starting at" figure you may see on its GLP-1 page is the 12-month rate, billed up front as one charge, so don't mistake it for the monthly price. Three-, six- and 12-month bundles lower the monthly cost, and each is paid in full on the day you enroll. Compounded tirzepatide follows the same plan structure, starting at $279 for the first month, and a daily dissolvable semaglutide tablet starts at $249. Both list their month-to-month price on their product pages. The compounded tirzepatide guide explains that drug.
Care comes from OpenLoop Health, a network of US-licensed clinicians that MEDGm names in its terms. You pay, and then a clinician meets with you to decide whether you qualify; if you're turned down on medical grounds, MEDGm refunds the part of the plan it can't deliver. Some states require a live video or phone visit. After that you have messaging and video access to the care team, and each month's shipment follows a refill form you fill out in the patient portal.
The pharmacy side is unusually open. MEDGm's terms name four pharmacies, with their addresses: RedRock Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama. The terms say compounded drugs come from state-licensed 503A or FDA-registered 503B pharmacies, without saying which pharmacy is which. Every product page also states that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved.
Read the renewal terms closely. The membership fee is billed up front for each term and isn't refundable, and canceling partway doesn't return any of it. To stop the next term you must cancel at least 72 hours before the renewal date, and the terms allow renewal billing up to 10 days early. Brand-name Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic are listed as a membership fee plus the medication cost, but no drug price is printed. What MEDGm costs

|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $299/mo | $299/mo |

Prices are taken from MEDGm's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Zepbound (injection), Wegovy (injection), Ozempic (injection).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
