Our take on Enhance MD
Enhance MD charges one price at every dose for compounded semaglutide, and that price includes the medication, provider visits, metabolic labs every six months and two-day shipping. Billing runs every 28 days, not every calendar month, so you pay 13 times a year. On the one-month plan that comes to about $269.75 a month by our math for semaglutide and about $356.42 for tirzepatide. Three-, six- and 12-month plans cost a little less per month and bill every 12, 24 or 48 weeks. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how bundled labs change the real yearly cost.
The care model is more hands-on than most. After the free intake you pay, get baseline labs at a Quest Diagnostics location, and then meet a licensed provider by live video before anything is prescribed. The company says its clinicians are physicians and nurse practitioners employed by two medical groups it names, Enhance Wellness and iThriveMD. If you're found ineligible at any point during onboarding, you get your first payment back in full. That's a slower start than a questionnaire-only program, and the payoff is a real conversation before your first dose.
There are a few extras and limits. A microdose tirzepatide plan is sold only on three-month or longer terms, starting at $189 a month on the three-month plan, billed every 12 weeks. A combined semaglutide and tirzepatide product called GLP-1 Elite is also listed, which is an unusual formulation to ask your provider about. A first-order discount is advertised, so check what your second bill will be. The microdose tirzepatide explainer covers what lower doses can and can't do.
Enhance MD names its partner pharmacies in its FAQ: Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub, and says its medications are compounded under Section 503A. Its FAQ says it is licensed in all 50 states but is launching only in 40 states plus DC for now, leaving out Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina and Tennessee. You can pause or cancel any time by email or phone. Its score and the programs around it are on the compounded semaglutide lineup.

Prices are taken from Enhance MD's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain.
