Our take on ElitePhysiqMD
ElitePhysiqMD prices its compounded semaglutide two ways, and the cheaper-looking one needs a membership. Members pay a discounted refill price plus a monthly membership fee, and get free overnight shipping and no visit fees. Each refill is a four-week supply, so that's 13 refills a year. Put those together and the real cost is about $302.52 a month by our math. Without the membership, every order carries the full refill price, a visit fee and a shipping charge, and you re-qualify each time. If you plan to stay on treatment, the membership path is the one to budget for.
Tirzepatide follows the same pattern and comes to about $331.77 a month on the member path. Unlike flat-priced programs, the price is set by dose. The product page lists every strength, and tirzepatide climbs noticeably from the starting dose to the top one, so month six can cost more than month one. Semaglutide is flatter, with most strengths at the same price. A daily sublingual semaglutide comes to $327.50 a month, and compounded liraglutide is on the menu too. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows where these figures sit in the market.
The care model is the strongest part. You take a short online assessment, then meet a physician on a live video visit with no appointment, and the company says its physician network is licensed in all 50 states. ElitePhysiqMD runs the platform and doesn't employ the prescribers; the visit fee line says the visits are powered by Qualiphy. Its pages say plainly that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and that 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies prepare the medication. Members can upload labs to compare results, but the site doesn't require labs or price them.
Two cautions. The platform terms say purchases are non-refundable, with no credit for unused membership time, so cancel the membership before it renews rather than counting on a refund. And the shop sells retatrutide and peptides such as BPC-157 and tesamorelin that FDA hasn't cleared for compounding. The retatrutide explainer covers why that matters. To compare the member-path cost with programs that charge no membership at all, open the compounded semaglutide lineup.

Prices are taken from ElitePhysiqMD's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Pick a program and dose
Choose the medication and supply, then decide between the membership refill and a one-time order. Prices show before any intake.
Live video with a physician
After a short online assessment, a US-licensed physician from the contracted network meets you on video and decides whether to prescribe.
Pharmacy prepares it
A US-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy prepares the medication once a physician approves it.
Overnight cold-pack delivery
Members get free overnight cold-pack shipping. Refills arrive every four weeks while the subscription is active.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from independently licensed physicians in a contracted network that the company says covers all 50 states, after a live video visit. ElitePhysiqMD says state-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies prepare its medications.
Where ElitePhysiqMD does well
- Every new patient meets a physician on a live video visit, with no appointment needed.
- Prints the price of every semaglutide and tirzepatide strength, so you can see what a dose increase costs.
- States plainly on every product page that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved.
- Members pay no visit fee on refills and get free overnight cold-pack shipping.
- Sells injectable and sublingual semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide under one membership.
What to check first
- The member price needs a monthly membership on top. Budget for both, not the refill figure alone.
- Refills are four-week supplies, which is 13 charges a year. Plan by the real monthly cost, not the sticker.
- Tirzepatide costs more at higher doses. Check the dose-by-dose list before you assume month one's price.
- Purchases and unused membership time aren't refunded. Cancel the membership before it renews.
- The shop sells retatrutide and peptides FDA hasn't cleared for compounding. Stick to the GLP-1 programs.
It fits you if
You want a live video visit with a physician before you start, and you plan to stay long enough for the membership's free shipping and visit fees to pay off.
Look elsewhere if
You want one flat price with no membership, or a price that doesn't rise with your tirzepatide dose.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
