Our take on Joi + Blokes
Joi + Blokes runs two storefronts on one site, Joi for women and Blokes for men, with the same care behind both. Its compounded GLP-1 page says plainly which drug you get: the GLP-1 option contains semaglutide and costs $179 a month after a $99 first month, and the GLP-1/GIP option contains tirzepatide at $249 a month after $149. The price includes the medication, dosing support, clinician consultations and unlimited health coaching, with no membership fee. Both are billed quarterly, so each charge covers three months.
Quarterly billing changes how you should budget. There is no month-to-month option, and the terms say subscriptions carry a minimum of three consecutive months and need cancellation 30 days before the next processing date. The product page says you can adjust or cancel anytime, and the refund page says the GLP-1 subscription can be canceled at any time, but fees already paid aren't refunded and prescription products can't be returned. So the safe reading is: plan on paying for at least one full quarter. The compounded semaglutide cost guide and the compounded tirzepatide cost guide show how that compares.
Joi + Blokes is unusually open about pharmacies. Its terms name seven dispensing partners with street addresses, including Strive Pharmacy, Empower Pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy and Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy, plus LillyDirect's self-pay pharmacy for brand Zepbound. Care comes from licensed medical practices affiliated with the company, which it doesn't name, and consults happen by message or live, depending on the clinician. Labs aren't required for the GLP-1s but can be added, billed separately.
It also prescribes rapamycin (sirolimus) for healthy aging, which is an off-label use: the drug isn't approved to slow aging. A three-month supply works out to $83 a month, and the page says a lab and a clinician visit come first. The rapamycin guide covers what the evidence shows, and the metformin and rapamycin lineup compares programs. In 2026, FDA wrote to the company about how its website described compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide; the FDA section below has the details.

Prices are taken from Joi + Blokes's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Zepbound (injection).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
