Our take on Found
Found prints its compounded GLP-1 prices per month, but every plan bills each 28 days. That's 13 charges a year, so month-to-month cash semaglutide comes to about $314 a calendar month by our math and tirzepatide about $389. The first 28-day charge of a one-month plan is discounted automatically, to $179 for semaglutide, then the standing price starts. The "from" figure in Found's banners is the 12-month plan, paid up front. The price includes clinical care, the medication and the membership, and Found says it stays the same at every dose. The compounded semaglutide cost guide compares it with other programs.
Insurance works differently here than at most compounded programs. It doesn't cover the drug, but it can cover the clinical care, which lowers the plan price. The trade-off is that insured members need live video visits, each billed at their visit copay, while cash members are mostly cared for by text. Government plans such as Medicare and Medicaid aren't accepted. Either way, labs are not included in the plan price, and Found's care team checks in every month to adjust the plan.
The refund rules are short and strict. The membership part is refundable only if you cancel within three days of buying or before your first consultation. Medications and lab kits are never refundable once they're dispensed or shipped, and renewal payments aren't refunded either, so cancel or pause at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Found doesn't publish the states where it can prescribe compounded GLP-1s; it says only that they aren't available in all states.
Care comes from board-certified clinicians at medical groups Found names in its terms, including Pippen Health and Cloud Health Medical Group. Found works only with 503A compounding pharmacies, which it says are third-party tested, but it doesn't name them. Brand drugs such as Zepbound, Wegovy and Foundayo run on a separate membership, and the drug is billed by the pharmacy on top. Generic metformin is on a generics plan at about $162 a month; metformin for healthy aging is off-label. The compounded semaglutide lineup scores Found against other programs.
What Found costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $289 every 28 days | $314/mo$289 every 28 days |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $359 every 28 days | $389/mo$359 every 28 days |

Prices are taken from Found's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Orforglipron (tablet), Wegovy (tablet), Zepbound (injection).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from board-certified clinicians at medical groups Found contracts with and names in its terms: Pippen Health, Cloud Health Medical Group, and Adept Labs (doing business as Vital) with its affiliate Openloop Healthcare Partners. Cash members are usually seen by text; insured members need video visits. Found says it uses only 503A compounding pharmacies with third-party testing, but its terms and drug pages don't name them.
Where Found does well
- Publishes full price tables for every plan length, cash and insurance, before you sign up.
- Says the compounded GLP-1 price stays the same at every dose.
- Names the medical groups behind its clinicians in its terms, including Pippen Health and Cloud Health.
- Insurance can lower the cost of clinical care, which few compounded programs allow.
- The care team checks in every month, with one-to-one coaching in the plan.
What to check first
- Billing every 28 days means 13 charges a year. Budget by the calendar-month figure, not the sticker.
- The headline price needs a 12-month plan paid up front. Compare on the one-month price.
- The membership refund window is three days or until your first consult. Decide before that visit.
- No state list for compounded GLP-1s. Confirm your state is covered before you pay.
- Labs aren't in the plan price, and pharmacies aren't named. Ask about both before you start.
It fits you if
You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one price for every dose with monthly check-ins and coaching, or you want insurance to cover part of the clinical care.
Look elsewhere if
You want calendar-month billing, or a refund window after your first visit.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain.
