Our take on Luvo Health

Luvo Health prices everything per four-week delivery, and that changes the math. Thirteen deliveries a year put compounded semaglutide at about $226.42 a calendar month and tirzepatide at about $269.75, by our math. The figure you'll see first is smaller: the first four weeks are half off, so semaglutide starts at $104.50. From the second delivery on, you pay the full price. The plan price covers the clinician review, the medication, shipping and ongoing check-ins, with no membership fee. The compounded semaglutide cost guide puts that figure in context.

Luvo's pricing page adds one caveat worth noticing: it shows a range for each program and says your exact price is confirmed by a clinician after the intake. The product pages print a single figure for each drug, so the range mostly reflects which drug you pick, but confirm the price at your dose before the first delivery ships. Cancel at least 72 hours before the next renewal, since renewals can process up to two days early. Fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

The pharmacy side is a strength. Luvo's terms list four licensed compounding pharmacies by name, street address and phone number, and your order confirmation names the one that fills it. Clinicians come from independent medical groups that Luvo calls Clinical Partners but doesn't name. Luvo says most programs don't need labs, and it doesn't run them itself.

Beyond the standard doses there's a microdose line, about $193.92 a month for semaglutide, and a compounded semaglutide tablet at about $280.58. Brand Ozempic and Zepbound are offered too, at far higher prices. Luvo also sells NAD+ and sermorelin, and lists BPC-157 as coming soon, though it has no legal compounding route in the U.S. today. Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Answer a short intake

Pick a program and answer the health questions. Luvo says there's no commitment until a clinician reviews you.

  2. A clinician reviews it

A licensed clinician from one of Luvo's partner medical groups reviews the plan and confirms your price.

  3. A named pharmacy fills it

One of the four compounding pharmacies listed in Luvo's terms prepares the order and ships it with tracking.

  4. Deliveries every four weeks

Each delivery holds four weeks of medication. Message the care team any time, and cancel from your account.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Prescriptions come from licensed clinicians in independent medical groups that Luvo calls Clinical Partners and doesn't name; it doesn't say whether the visit is written or live. Luvo's terms list four licensed compounding pharmacies with addresses in four states: Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx. The terms note the list can change and say your order confirmation and shipping papers name the pharmacy that filled it.

Where Luvo Health does well

  • Its terms name four compounding pharmacies with street addresses, and your order says which one filled it.
  • One price per delivery covers the clinician, medication, shipping and check-ins, with no membership fee.
  • Each product page prints the intro price and the standing price side by side.
  • Semaglutide comes as an injection, a tablet or a lower microdose, all on the same four-week cycle.
  • Serves all 50 states plus DC, per its terms, with a few services limited by state.

What to check first

  • Billing every four weeks means 13 charges a year. Budget by the real monthly figure, not the sticker.
  • The half-off first four weeks is an intro. Plan for the full price from the second delivery.
  • The pricing page says a clinician confirms your exact price. Confirm it before the first delivery ships.
  • Renewals can process two days early. Cancel at least 72 hours before the renewal date.
  • The medical groups behind its clinicians aren't named. Ask support who will review your intake.
