Our take on OurView Health
OurView's pitch is a low, flat monthly price, and its pages back it up. Compounded semaglutide is $109 month to month and compounded tirzepatide is $129, and both prices hold at any prescribed dose. Each refill is a 30-day supply billed monthly, so the figure on the card is the real monthly cost. For context, the middle price across the 72 programs that offer compounded semaglutide is $199. Paying for three months at once lowers the monthly rate a little more, if you're sure you'll stay on.
The flat price is what ages well. Most people start low and move up over several months, and at many programs the bill climbs with the dose. Here month six costs what month one did, so a year on tirzepatide is about twelve times the monthly figure, with no dose surcharges along the way. Read the compounded tirzepatide cost guide to see how that compares, or the compounded semaglutide guide for the drug itself.
Billing is gentle at the start and firm later. You enter a card at checkout, but OurView says it only authorizes it; the charge goes through after a provider approves treatment, and the hold is released if you aren't approved. Once a package is handed to the carrier, though, all sales are final, because shipped prescriptions can't be returned. You can change your address, payment method or order in the patient portal before it ships. There's one fee question to settle first: the GLP-1 pages say no membership fee, but a separate page sells a monthly consultation plan.
The FAQ names Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Louisiana as the pharmacy that compounds and ships patient-specific medication for OurView patients where permitted. OurView describes it as a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Its peptide-therapy page also mentions other pharmacy partners, so confirm who will dispense your prescription rather than assuming every order comes from the same location. The prescriber side is thinner: OurView describes partner physician networks without naming the network or clinicians. It serves 46 states plus DC, all but Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii and New Jersey. See it next to other flat-price programs on the compounded semaglutide lineup.

Prices are taken from OurView Health's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Pick a plan and check out
Choose semaglutide or tirzepatide, month to month or three months, and answer the health questions. Your card is authorized, not charged.
A licensed provider reviews it
A US-licensed provider reviews your intake and decides whether treatment fits. If you aren't approved, the payment hold is released.
A 503A pharmacy compounds it
The FAQ names Boudreaux’s New Drug Store as its licensed 503A pharmacy partner. Confirm which partner will compound and ship your prescription.
Shipping and monthly refills
Eligible orders ship the same day, with overnight shipping offered. Refills arrive as 30-day supplies billed monthly.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
OurView says US-licensed providers through partner physician networks review your intake; it does not name the network or clinicians, or say whether visits are by video. Its FAQ identifies Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Louisiana as a licensed 503A pharmacy that compounds and ships prescriptions. The peptide hub also mentions other partners, so ask who will fill yours. That is the seller’s description of the pharmacy, rather than a separate license verification.
Where OurView Health does well
- One monthly price at any prescribed dose for both compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, shown before any questions.
- Each refill is a 30-day supply billed monthly, so there's no hidden 13th charge in the year.
- Your card is only authorized at checkout and charged after a provider approves treatment.
- The drug pages say a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication, and both plan cards say compounded.
- The FAQ lists every state it serves and the four it doesn't, so you know before you start.
What to check first
- All sales are final once an order ships. Make any change or cancellation in the patient portal before it leaves.
- The GLP-1 pages say no membership, but another page sells a monthly consultation plan. Ask at checkout if you need it.
- No clinician or medical network is named. Ask who your prescriber is and where they're licensed before approving.
- Sublingual GLP-1 plans don't name the drug inside them. Stick to the named semaglutide or tirzepatide injections.
- The peptide hub offers only sermorelin; TB-500 is coming soon and the BPC-157 page is unavailable. Neither can be compounded.
It fits you if
You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one monthly price that won't rise with your dose, and you like knowing the pharmacy before you order.
Look elsewhere if
You live in Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii or New Jersey, want refunds after shipping, or want a program that names its clinicians and follows up on a set schedule.

- ResearchWhat’s the highest dose of compounded semaglutide? There’s no label, only brand limits
A maximum dose is something FDA writes into a drug’s label, and compounded semaglutide doesn’t have one. The approved semaglutide injections do. Here are their limits, what FDA has seen when compounded doses go past them, and what to ask about yours.
- Drug guideSemaglutide: how it works and the products that contain it
Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.

Two different molecules from two different companies, approved for different people. Find your situation in the table and you'll know which label applies, and which drug is the fair comparison.
- ResearchIs compounded semaglutide going away? What FDA has decided so far
Compounded semaglutide hasn't been banned in the U.S. But the rules that made it easy to get ended in 2025, FDA has ruled out salt forms, and a 2026 proposal could close one more door. Here's where things stand and what to do if your supply changes.
