Our take on Precision Telemed
Precision Telemed prices its GLP-1s the simple way: one monthly figure that covers every dose. Compounded semaglutide is $149.99 a month on the full program, from the starting dose to the top of the range, billed month to month. Compounded tirzepatide opens at $199 for the first month and then runs $249.99 a month, also at every dose. Its own pages make the point that the price doesn't rise as you dose up, so month six costs what month two did.
Two other plans show up next to the full program, and both need a closer look. A three-month supply on autoship works out a bit lower per month, paid in one charge. The cheaper "maintenance" plans are the lowest dose only, and the homepage's "from" figure is that maintenance rate. If you're starting treatment and expect your dose to rise, the full program is the price to budget for. The compounded semaglutide cost guide and the guide to where people get compounded tirzepatide show how those figures sit in the market.
The pharmacy and the medical group are both named, which is less common than it should be. The drug pages say Rush Pharmacy, a 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, prepares your vials, and the footer says the company is a patient management platform working with Doctors Now, a group of independent physicians and practitioners. Board-certified physicians see you by video or asynchronously, often the same day, and medication ships cold in plain packaging.
Read the refund policy before your visit. If you cancel after the consultation but before your medication ships, you get your money back less a consultation fee, and if you aren't approved the same fee is kept. Once the pharmacy dispenses or ships, there are no refunds except for non-delivery. Rescheduling or canceling a visit within 24 hours also carries a fee. Most pages say all 50 states, but the testosterone page says 49 without naming the missing state, so confirm yours at the eligibility step. Compare it with other flat-price programs on the compounded tirzepatide lineup.

Prices are taken from Precision Telemed's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Where Precision Telemed does well
- One monthly price covers every semaglutide dose, from the starting dose to the top of the range.
- Tirzepatide is also one price at every dose after the first month, printed on the product page.
- Names Rush Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy, as the one that prepares its vials.
- Names its medical group, Doctors Now, and offers video or asynchronous visits, often the same day.
- Month to month with no membership fee, and you can pause or cancel without a penalty.
What to check first
- The lower maintenance prices cover only the lowest dose. Budget on the full program if your dose will go up.
- Tirzepatide's first month is lower than the ongoing rate. Plan around the price from month two on.
- A consultation fee is kept if you cancel after the visit or aren't approved. Settle questions before the consult.
- No refunds once the pharmacy dispenses or ships. Cancel before your order leaves the pharmacy if you change your mind.
- One page says 49 states while others say all 50. Confirm your state at the eligibility step before you pay.
It fits you if

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.

- ResearchDoes compounded semaglutide work as well as Wegovy?
The molecule has strong trial evidence behind it. A compounded vial borrows that evidence only if it holds the same molecule at the strength on its label.
