Our take on RegenCen
RegenCen is a regional clinic network with locations across Michigan and Florida, and its online visits are open only to people living in those two states. Weight care is built around programs rather than a single drug price. The main one is a four-month, all-in plan that bundles a semaglutide or tirzepatide prescription with comprehensive labs, including hormones, regular check-ins, eight weeks of NAD+ injections and fifteen weeks of its vitamin and amino acid "B Fit+" shots. There's also an eight-week semaglutide plan for a short push and a maintenance program for people staying on a GLP-1 with ongoing follow-up.
The number that matters most is missing. RegenCen doesn't print a price for any program on its site; its FAQ says your provider walks you through pricing at the complimentary consultation. It doesn't bill insurance for weight loss, though it offers payment plans through two financing companies and accepts HSA funds. Because the bundles mix the GLP-1 with extra injections, ask for the price of the medication on its own as well as the program total, so you can compare it with programs that sell the drug alone.
RegenCen also doesn't say whether its semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. Its tirzepatide FAQ mentions the brand names, but no page says which version you'd receive. The telehealth FAQ names two pharmacies it works with, Belmar in Colorado and Olympia in Florida, but not which one fills your GLP-1, so ask your provider which version you would get and from where. The semaglutide guide and tirzepatide guide explain how the brand and compounded versions differ.
Care is hands-on. Consultations are free, in a clinic or by one-to-one video, and the providers are physician associates, physicians and nurse practitioners trained by its medical lead, Gustav Lo, MD. Plans start with an initial consult and lab work. The one policy it states is a no-show fee for missed appointments; no cancellation or refund terms are published. If you want to compare costs before booking, the GLP-1 telehealth guide covers what to ask, and the compounded semaglutide lineup shows programs that publish their prices.

What signing up looks like
Request a free consultation
Book online or through the request form, and staff follow up to schedule. Consultations are free, in a clinic or by video.
Consult and labs
You meet a RegenCen provider one to one, and plans start with lab work. Pricing is explained at this visit.
A partner pharmacy fills it
RegenCen names Belmar and Olympia as the pharmacies it works with, but not which one fills your GLP-1 or which version it is.
Ongoing check-ins
Your provider follows your progress and adjusts the dose through the program, with injection training at the start.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
RegenCen's own physician associates, physicians and nurse practitioners prescribe, after a free consultation in a clinic or by one-to-one video; all are trained by its medical lead, Gustav Lo, MD. Its telehealth FAQ names Belmar in Colorado and Olympia in Florida as its pharmacies, without saying whether its GLP-1s are compounded.
Where RegenCen does well
- The four-month program bundles labs, including hormones, plus regular check-ins with the GLP-1 prescription.
- Consultations are always free, in a clinic or by one-to-one video, so you can ask questions before paying.
- The telehealth FAQ names its two pharmacy partners, Belmar in Colorado and Olympia in Florida.
- Names its medical lead and says every provider is trained directly by him.
- A maintenance program keeps follow-up going for people who stay on a GLP-1 long term.
What to check first
- No program price is published. Ask for the medication price and the program total at your free consultation.
- It never says whether the GLP-1 is brand-name or compounded. Ask which version you'd receive before you agree.
- Online visits are only for Michigan and Florida residents. Look elsewhere if you live in another state.
- No cancellation or refund terms are published. Get them in writing before you sign up for a program.
- Programs bundle NAD+ and vitamin shots with the GLP-1. Ask whether you can buy the medication without them.
It fits you if
You live in Michigan or Florida, want in-person or video care with labs and regular check-ins, and don't mind getting the price at a consultation.
Look elsewhere if
You want to compare published prices before booking, live outside Michigan and Florida, or want to know up front whether the drug is compounded.

Compounded semaglutide is a pharmacy-made version of the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy. It is not FDA-approved. FDA declared the semaglutide shortage over on February 21, 2025, so pharmacies may now compound it only for individual patients in limited situations. Online programs currently list it at $75–$349 a month.
