Our take on YourEra
YourEra is run by Your Era Management, a company in Covington, Louisiana, and prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections. Its homepage prints one month-to-month price for each drug and says that price stays the same at every dose for as long as you remain a member. That flat structure matters more than the starting figure: moving up the dose ladder over the first few months won't raise your bill. The pricing is for new patients, and the visit, prescription, supplies and shipping are inside it. The compounded semaglutide guide covers the drug itself.
The terms are worth reading for one detail: when your card is charged. You enter payment details with the intake, but you're charged only if a clinician issues a prescription. Most reviews are asynchronous, meaning a clinician reads your answers and decides without speaking to you, so the charge can come before any conversation. You can ask for a live video or phone visit at any time at no extra cost, and some states require one. The subscription then renews automatically on the schedule shown at checkout. The terms also say refill prices can change with notice before the new price is charged, which puts a small caveat on the at-every-dose promise.
Canceling is simple. The terms say you can cancel at any time without speaking to anyone, from the Subscriptions screen in your account, by email or in the app, and it takes effect right away. If you cancel before an order is dispatched you get a full refund; once it ships, there's no refund unless it arrives damaged, wrong or not at all. Disputes go to individual arbitration, and you have 30 days to opt out.
YourEra names the people behind the care. Clinicians work for Thryv Telehealth by Lavin, a medical practice, and prescriptions go to one of three named pharmacies, depending on the drug and your state. Its terms add that YourEra provides management and administrative services to both that practice and one of the pharmacies, Galleria Medical Pharmacy. Beyond GLP-1s it sells NAD+ and microdosing protocols from a "from" price, plus sermorelin with no published price, and an at-home lab add-on is listed as coming soon. Compare it on the compounded semaglutide lineup, or see the compounded semaglutide cost guide.
What YourEra costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $89/mo | $89/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $129/mo | $129/mo |
Prices are taken from YourEra's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Take the five-minute intake
Answer questions about your goals, health and weight online. You enter payment details here, but nothing is charged yet.
A licensed clinician reviews it
A Thryv Telehealth by Lavin clinician licensed in your state reviews your answers, usually without a live call. You can ask for a free video or phone visit.
One of three pharmacies fills it
If you're prescribed, your card is charged and one of three named pharmacies, chosen by drug and state, fills the order.
Free shipping and auto-refills
Medication ships free. Refills renew on the schedule shown at checkout, with a reminder before each renewal, until you cancel.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Licensed clinicians at Thryv Telehealth by Lavin, a medical practice, review your intake and decide on any prescription; most reviews are written, and live visits are free on request. Prescriptions are filled by MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, Galleria Medical Pharmacy or VialsRx, depending on the drug and your state, and YourEra says it provides management services to Galleria and to the practice.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain.
