Our take on Celia Rx

Celia Rx is a longevity and weight-care shop run by Celia Health that sells prescription products one package at a time. For GLP-1s it lists two compounded semaglutide with B12 vials, two compounded tirzepatide with B12 vials, and two strengths of a tirzepatide orally disintegrating tablet. Each carries a single package price in the shop. Only some cards say how long a package lasts: one tirzepatide vial is marked as roughly a two-month supply, and the others give no length at all. Without that, a package price can't become a monthly cost, so none appears here. The compounded tirzepatide guide explains the drug.

How long a vial lasts also depends on your dose, so the same vial covers fewer weeks once you move up. Before you buy, ask how many weeks your vial will last at the dose you expect in month three, then divide the package price by that. The compounded tirzepatide cost guide shows what monthly plans elsewhere charge. Metformin extended-release tablets are sold the same way, by the package; using metformin for healthy aging is off-label, so that is a conversation for the prescriber.

The order of steps matters here. You pay at checkout first, then complete a live video visit with a licensed provider from Qualiphy, an independent telehealth group Celia names. If the provider doesn't approve the product, the order is canceled and fully refunded. If it is approved, Partell Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy Celia says it works with exclusively, prepares the order in about two to five business days and ships it, cold-packed where needed. Once a prescription is dispensed or shipped, the sale is final. An optional nurse consultation is available before checkout for a separate fee.

State coverage is hard to read. One page says its telehealth network serves every state except Mississippi and Alabama. The same page says no compounded products go to Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina or Virginia. A product page says it ships to all 50 states, and the FAQ says the pharmacy is licensed in 49. Confirm your state before you pay, since payment comes first. The brand name also shifts across the site, and no street address is published. Beyond GLP-1s it sells sermorelin, NAD+, PT-141 and vitamin injections. Compare it on the compounded tirzepatide lineup, or read whether compounded tirzepatide is safe.

What signing up looks like

  1. Choose a product and pay

Pick a vial or tablet package in the shop and pay at checkout. An optional paid nurse consultation is available first.

  2. Live video visit

A licensed Qualiphy provider in your state holds a short video visit and decides whether the product is appropriate.

  3. Partell Pharmacy prepares it

If approved, Partell Pharmacy compounds the order in about 2 to 5 business days. If not, the order is canceled and refunded.

  4. Cold-chain shipping

The order ships with tracking, in insulated packaging when needed. Sales are final once it's dispensed or shipped.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Prescribers are licensed physicians and nurse practitioners from Qualiphy, an independent telemedicine group Celia Rx names, and every evaluation is a live video visit. Celia says Partell Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, fills all of its compounded orders and is licensed in 49 states.

Where Celia Rx does well

  • Names its prescriber group, Qualiphy, and its one dispensing pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy, a 503A compounder.
  • Every prescription follows a live video visit with a provider licensed in your state.
  • Full refund if the provider doesn't approve the product you paid for.
  • Package prices for every GLP-1 vial and tablet show in the shop before checkout.
  • Tirzepatide comes as an orally disintegrating tablet as well as an injection.

What to check first

  • Prices are per package and most don't print a supply length. Ask how long yours lasts at your dose.
  • You pay before the video visit, and the site's state rules conflict. Confirm your state is served first.
  • Sales are final once a prescription ships. Start with the smallest package until you know the drug suits you.
  • No street address is published and the brand name varies. Check which company appears on your receipt.
  • The optional nurse consult costs extra and isn't the prescriber visit. Skip it unless you want product guidance.

It fits you if

You want compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide, or a tirzepatide tablet, after a live video visit, from a shop that names its prescriber group and its one pharmacy.

Look elsewhere if

You want a monthly price with the supply spelled out, a clear list of states served, or the visit before you pay.

Questions about Celia Rx

How much does Celia Rx cost?
Each GLP-1 is sold as a package with one printed price, but most packages don't say how long they last, so there's no monthly figure. Ask how many weeks a vial covers at your dose before you buy.
When does Celia Rx charge my card?
At checkout, before the video visit. If the provider doesn't approve the product, the order is canceled and fully refunded.
Which pharmacy does Celia Rx use?
Partell Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy, fills all of its compounded prescriptions.
Does Celia Rx offer tirzepatide tablets?
Yes. It sells compounded tirzepatide as an orally disintegrating tablet in two strengths, alongside tirzepatide and semaglutide injections with B12.
Which states does Celia Rx serve?
Its pages disagree. One excludes Mississippi and Alabama for visits and four more states for compounded shipments, while a product page says it ships to all 50. Confirm with support before paying.
