KIN Meds review
The short answer: KIN Meds prints a 'starting at' price for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that includes the visit and shipping, but not which supply it buys. There's no membership or auto-renewal.

Our take on KIN Meds
KIN Meds sells GLP-1 care without a membership. Its compounded semaglutide, which it calls Personalized GLP-1, and its compounded tirzepatide with added B12 each carry a 'starting at' price that includes shipping, supplies and your provider visit. You pick a 30-day or a 90-day supply, nothing renews on its own, and you request each refill from your account. What the page doesn't say is which supply the starting figure buys, or whether the price moves as your dose goes up. Ask both before you check out, because a 90-day price read as a monthly one would change the math a lot.
Billing is simple once you're prescribed. KIN Meds says you're charged for medication when it ships, and that you aren't charged for treatment if a provider decides it isn't right for you. Insurance isn't accepted for anything. If you'd rather use a brand drug, KIN prescribes Wegovy as a pen or a pill, Zepbound as a pen or a vial, and Foundayo, for a monthly consult fee. The prescription then goes to NovoCare Pharmacy or LillyDirect, which set the medicine price themselves. The Zepbound cost guide covers what those maker programs charge.
KIN is more open than most about who fills its compounded orders. Its help center names Rush Pharmacy and Strive Pharmacy as partner pharmacies, its returns page gives Strive Pharmacy's address in Gilbert, Arizona, and its product pages say a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds the medicine. Providers come from independent physician networks licensed in your state, and KIN doesn't name those networks. Most GLP-1 care is an online review finished within 24 hours, though some states require a live visit. Labs are optional for GLP-1 care, and KIN doesn't print what its lab panels cost.
The FDA letter shown on this page, sent in 2026, said the company's website made false or misleading claims about its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, including product images labeled with the KIN Meds name that suggested KIN made them. Today's product pages say the images are mockups and that a licensed pharmacy prepares the medicine. KIN also offers a lower-dose microdose plan with either drug, priced only after the intake, and its microdosing claims deserve the same caution as anyone's.
Money rules are strict on the back end. Orders can't be changed or canceled once processing starts, and prescription medicine can't be returned once it ships. NAD+ and sermorelin aren't available in California. Compare the full price picture on the compounded semaglutide lineup and read whether compounded semaglutide is safe before you choose.

What signing up looks like
Find your care in a minute
Answer a short care finder, then an online health intake with a photo ID and a selfie, which KIN says state rules require.
A licensed provider reviews it
A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake online, usually within 24 hours. Some states require a live visit.
A partner pharmacy compounds it
Compounded GLP-1s come from a licensed 503A partner pharmacy. Brand prescriptions go to NovoCare Pharmacy or LillyDirect.
Shipped cold, refilled on request
Orders ship expedited and cold-packed when needed. You're billed when it ships and request each refill, which your provider reviews first.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Independent providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants licensed in your state, prescribe through physician networks KIN Meds doesn't name. Its help center names Rush Pharmacy and Strive Pharmacy as partner pharmacies, and its product pages say a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds its GLP-1s; brand Wegovy goes to NovoCare Pharmacy and Zepbound to LillyDirect.
Where KIN Meds does well
- No membership and no auto-renewal: choose a 30- or 90-day supply, skip a month, and request refills yourself.
- The starting price includes shipping, supplies and the provider visit, and you aren't charged if you aren't prescribed.
- Names Rush Pharmacy and Strive Pharmacy as partner pharmacies and says a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds its GLP-1s.
- Prescribes brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo too, with the prescription sent to the maker's own pharmacy program.
- Most GLP-1 reviews finish online within 24 hours, with no office visit or waiting room.
What to check first
- The 'starting at' price doesn't say if it buys 30 or 90 days. Ask which supply and dose it covers before checkout.
- An FDA letter questioned how its site presented its compounded GLP-1s. Read the letter shown here before you decide.
- Orders can't be canceled once processing starts and medicine can't be returned. Be sure of the supply before you order.
- Brand drugs carry a monthly consult fee plus the maker's own price. Check the maker's price before you book the consult.
- The physician network behind its providers isn't named. Ask who your prescriber is and where they're licensed.
It fits you if

Questions about KIN Meds
- How much does KIN Meds cost?
- Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide each show a 'starting at' price that includes shipping, supplies and the provider visit. The page doesn't say whether that buys a 30-day or 90-day supply. Brand drugs carry a monthly consult fee, and the maker's pharmacy sets the medicine price.
- Does KIN Meds have a membership?
- No. KIN says there's no membership and no auto-subscribe. You choose a 30-day or 90-day supply and request refills through your account.
- Which pharmacy fills KIN Meds prescriptions?
- Its help center names Rush Pharmacy and Strive Pharmacy as partner pharmacies, and its product pages say a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds its GLP-1s. Brand Wegovy goes to NovoCare Pharmacy, and Zepbound and Foundayo go to LillyDirect.
- Can I cancel a KIN Meds order?
- Only before processing starts, which KIN says begins as soon as an order is placed. Prescription medicine can't be returned once it ships, so confirm your supply before you order.
- Does KIN Meds take insurance?
- No. KIN doesn't accept insurance for visits or medicine, and its brand prescriptions are priced by the maker's own pharmacy program.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
