Our take on TeleZen MD
TeleZen MD charges $168 a month for compounded semaglutide and $268 for compounded tirzepatide on its monthly plan. Its quarterly plan costs less per month but is paid as one charge every three months, and that's the "starting at" figure in its banners. Either way, TeleZen says all doses cost the same, so moving up a dose doesn't move the price. You also choose up front between a plan that steps your dose up over time and one that holds it steady. The price covers the provider review, the medication, supplies and expedited shipping, with no membership fee. The compounded semaglutide guide explains what the drug is.
TeleZen also runs a separate microdosing program at lower monthly prices: $98 for semaglutide and $168 for tirzepatide on the monthly plan. A microdose is a smaller amount than the usual label steps, and your provider decides whether it fits you. If that's what drew you here, microdosing tirzepatide explains what a low-dose protocol is.
Read the refund policy before you order, because it's tighter than the portal makes it sound. The portal lets you pause, delay or cancel future refills whenever you like. But an order can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing it, and once it enters provider review or pharmacy processing it can't be refunded, except under the company's 180-day weight-loss guarantee. A doctor-visit fee comes out of any refund after a provider has reviewed your case, and a small payment-processing fee is never returned. Delivery problems have to be reported within two business days.
A licensed provider reviews your intake, typically within 24 hours, and you can message your provider any time after that. Labs depend on your history, and your provider tells you if you need them. TeleZen says a US 503A compounding pharmacy fills each order and that you don't pick which one, but it doesn't name the pharmacy or the clinicians who prescribe. It serves all 50 states. The compounded semaglutide lineup sorts TeleZen with other programs by Healthspan Score, and what compounded semaglutide costs lays out the monthly range.

Prices are taken from TeleZen MD's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Take the health questionnaire
Answer questions on your health history, medications and goals, then pick a monthly or quarterly plan.
A provider reviews it
A licensed provider reviews your file and prescribes if appropriate, typically within 24 hours. Labs are ordered only if needed.
A 503A pharmacy compounds it
A US 503A compounding pharmacy TeleZen works with prepares the medication. You don't choose which one.
Shipped, then check-ins
Orders ship free by expedited delivery, and you message your provider through the portal to adjust, pause or cancel refills.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Licensed medical providers, with board-certified physician oversight, review the intake online, usually within a day; TeleZen doesn't name them or a medical group. Its terms say independent, licensed third-party 503A compounding pharmacies fill orders and that patients don't select the pharmacy.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
