Our take on BioGlow Health
BioGlow Health sells compounded semaglutide from $129 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $169. Those figures buy the smallest monthly supply of each. The shop lists five semaglutide tiers and six tirzepatide tiers by milligrams per month, and every step up costs more than the one before it. So the price you see first is the price for month one, not for the dose most people reach later. If your prescriber moves you up, your bill moves too. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how dose-tiered pricing compares with flat-price plans over a full year.
The upside is that nothing is hidden. Every tier is printed on one shop page before you answer a single question, and each purchase is a single month's supply with no subscription. A three-month bundle is also listed and marked as one month free, though the card doesn't say which dose it holds, so ask before you choose it. Shipping is free, the company says orders arrive in three to seven business days after a prescription, and you can pay with an HSA or FSA card.
The weight-loss program asks you to upload lab results, then meet a BioGlow physician by video, and it promises monthly check-ins to adjust your dose. That's more structure than many cash-pay programs offer. The cost of those labs isn't listed anywhere, though. The order of payment is also unclear. The homepage says you buy the medication first and fill in the intake after, while the product page says the visit is free and you only pay if you're prescribed. Its terms say refunds for unfulfilled orders take five to ten business days.
BioGlow says licensed 503A compounding pharmacies fill its orders, and the box arrives under the pharmacy's branding, not BioGlow's. One gap is worth knowing: its terms, privacy policy and contact page give no company legal name or street address, only Florida law and a Miami phone number. The wider shop includes NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and testosterone. Compare it with flat-price programs on the compounded semaglutide lineup, or start with the compounded semaglutide guide.
What BioGlow Health costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $129/mo | $129/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $169/mo | $169/mo |
Prices are taken from BioGlow Health's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Pick a product and tier
Choose semaglutide or tirzepatide and a milligram tier from the shop. Every price is shown before you start.
Intake, labs and video visit
Answer the health questions and upload your labs, then meet a BioGlow physician by video. The company says review usually takes under 24 hours.
A 503A pharmacy fills it
Once prescribed, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it under its own branding.
Delivery and monthly check-ins
Free priority shipping takes three to seven business days. Monthly follow-ups adjust the dose, and you reorder one month at a time.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
BioGlow says licensed, board-certified physicians prescribe, and its weight-loss program includes a video visit, though no physician or medical group is named. Orders are filled by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies; the terms, privacy policy and product pages don't name which one.
Where BioGlow Health does well
- Every milligram tier for semaglutide and tirzepatide is priced on one public shop page before any intake questions.
- Pay as you go: each order is a one-month supply with no subscription to unwind.
- The weight-loss program includes a video visit with a BioGlow physician and monthly check-ins on your dose.
- Free priority shipping, and HSA or FSA cards are accepted.
- Labels every GLP-1 in the shop as compounded and not FDA-approved, right on the product card.
What to check first
- The price rises with each milligram tier. Ask which tier you'll start on and what month three is likely to cost.
- Labs are required for weight loss, but their cost isn't listed. Ask who pays for them before you upload anything.
- The homepage says pay first, the product page says pay only if prescribed. Confirm when your card is charged.
- BioGlow says licensed 503A pharmacies fill its orders. Ask which one will fill your prescription.
- Its legal pages give no company name or address. Keep your receipts and order emails in case of a dispute.
It fits you if
You want to see every price before you start, pay one month at a time, and have a physician video visit and monthly check-ins as part of the plan.
Look elsewhere if
You expect to climb to a higher dose and want one flat price at every dose, or you want the pharmacy and the company behind the program named up front.
