Our take on Fridays
Fridays only prices its compounded GLP-1s on long plans. Compounded semaglutide is $279 a month and compounded tirzepatide $389 a month, both printed as the rate "with an annual plan." No month-to-month price appears anywhere on the pricing page, and the sign-up flow asks you to create an account before it shows a plan. So if you want to try treatment for a month or two, you can't see what that costs up front. That's the first thing to settle with the company before you enroll.
The figures in large type are lower. With a promo code printed on the page, the annual plan starts at $99 a month for semaglutide and $198 for tirzepatide. Fridays calls this Forever Pricing: its terms say the enrolled rate stays locked as long as the subscription stays active. The same terms also say a discount applies to the first payment only, and the locked price is lost if you cancel or ask for a different dose, plan or product yourself. A dose change your provider directs keeps the price. Ask in writing which rule applies to your plan before you pay.
What the membership includes is real. Unlimited provider visits, video visits, nutrition and mental-health coaching, and one-on-one dietitian support come with every compounded plan at no extra fee. Care comes from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and other clinical networks, live or asynchronous. The terms name four partner pharmacies with street addresses in Utah, Kentucky, New York and Alabama. For brand names, Ozempic is $1,498 a month and Zepbound $1,828 a month on month-to-month plans, with insurance support. The Zepbound cost guide shows how that compares with buying from the maker.
Fridays also sells microdose plans for metabolic health rather than weight loss: weekly tirzepatide at $198 a month and a daily semaglutide tablet at $249. The tablet is described as a blend, and the other ingredients aren't listed. The GLP-1 microdosing guide covers what the research does and doesn't show. Refunds are narrow, so the compounded semaglutide lineup is worth a look if you want a plan you can leave easily.

Prices are taken from Fridays's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Other available treatments with a monthly total to confirm: Wegovy (tablet), Wegovy (injection).
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Take the eligibility quiz
Answer questions about your state, health and goals. Fridays asks you to create an account before it shows a plan and price.
A provider reviews it
A clinician from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners or another network reviews your intake, live or asynchronously, and decides whether to prescribe.
Partner pharmacy fills it
The prescription goes to one of the partner pharmacies named in the terms, which ships the medication to you.
Coaching and renewals
The app adds coaching and dietitian visits. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 72 hours before billing.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Clinical care comes from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and other networks, through live or asynchronous visits, and Fridays itself provides no medical services. Its terms list four partner pharmacies with street addresses, Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama, without saying which fills a given order.
Where Fridays does well
- Coaching, dietitian visits and unlimited provider visits are included with every compounded plan at no extra fee.
- The terms name four partner pharmacies, each with a street address.
- Brand Ozempic and Zepbound have printed month-to-month prices, with insurance support offered.
- Forever Pricing keeps your rate when your provider directs a dose change.
- Names its clinical network and its operating company in the footer and terms.
What to check first
- No month-to-month price is printed for compounded GLP-1s. Ask what a single month costs before you enroll.
- Promo prices need a code, and the terms disagree on whether it lasts. Get the renewal price in writing.
- Asking for a new dose, plan or product forfeits Forever Pricing. Let your provider direct dose changes.
- Fees aren't refunded once services begin, and you must cancel 72 hours before billing. Set a reminder.
- GLP-1 plans aren't offered in Louisiana, and testimonials are paid. Confirm your state at sign-up.
It fits you if
You're ready to commit to a year of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide and want coaching, dietitian support and unlimited provider visits bundled in.
Look elsewhere if
You want to start month to month, see your renewal price before you create an account, or keep the option of a refund if you change your mind.

From their first approvals, Wegovy and Zepbound carried a warning about suicidal thoughts. In January 2026, after its largest review yet, FDA asked for it to come off. Here is what the agency studied, what the labels say now, and when a mood change still needs a call.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain. That is why it lowers blood sugar and body weight. It is sold as Ozempic and Rybelsus for diabetes and as Wegovy for weight.
