Our take on Ivím Health
Ivím Health is a large weight-care telehealth company with two very different price stories. The brand-name pills are the clear one. The Wegovy pill and Foundayo, Lilly's orforglipron tablet, are sold at the makers' self-pay prices, starting low and rising at maintenance doses, plus a required monthly membership. At the starting dose that works out to $224 a month by our math for either pill. The first month of membership is free, so month one costs less, and the maintenance doses cost more. The orforglipron guide and the oral semaglutide guide cover both drugs.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are harder to price. The weight-loss page lists low "starting at" figures plus a monthly program fee, and the homepage explains that those are 12-month rates. Ivím also sells one-, two-, four- and six-month programs, but no shorter program price is published; you see it only after the intake. The terms add that a compounded GLP-1 program can't be canceled once it starts, and if you end a four- or six-month plan early, unshipped medication is refunded minus a restocking fee for each unshipped portion. Treat the advertised figure as a year-long commitment, and compare it on the compounded semaglutide lineup.
Care is the strong part. You complete a health questionnaire, then meet an Ivím provider by video or chat to build a plan. After that, a weekly check-in in the app asks how you feel, your side effects and your weight, and your provider reviews each one and adjusts your dose. The membership covers unlimited provider visits, health coaching and the app. Ivím also helps with insurance prior authorizations for brand injections such as Wegovy and Zepbound, where your plan sets the drug cost.
The money rules are strict. Its refund policy says prescribed medication is non-refundable however long you used it, and the membership must run the length of your clinical program; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Ivím says independent, licensed compounding pharmacies fill its compounded orders, but it doesn't name them, and it doesn't publish a list of the states it serves. In 2026, FDA wrote to the company about how its website presented compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide; the details appear in the FDA section below.
