Midi Health review
The short answer: Midi publishes a dose-by-dose price table for its compounded GLP-1s, injected or under the tongue, billed per 4-week supply, but visits are billed on top and the drug is never named.

Our take on Midi Health
Midi is a virtual clinic for women in perimenopause, menopause and midlife, and weight care is one part of a wider plan that can include hormone therapy. Its compounded GLP-1 pricing is unusually complete: one public table lists every dose of four products, a GLP-1 and a dual-action GLP-1/GIP, each as a weekly injection or a sublingual form you hold under the tongue. Prices include shipping and supplies, there's no membership, and they rise in steps as the dose goes up, so the figure you start at won't be the one you pay at a maintenance dose.
Two things change the real monthly cost. Each price buys a 4-week supply, which means 13 charges a year rather than 12, so a calendar month costs about 8% more than the table shows by our math. And the medicine is priced separately from your visits. Visits are in-network with most major insurance plans; if you pay yourself, the first 30-minute visit and each 15-minute follow-up carry their own self-pay fees, printed on the weight-management page. Add those to the medicine before you compare Midi with a program whose price includes the clinician.
Midi's pricing pages never say which molecule is in its compounded GLP-1s. They name the class, GLP-1 or dual-action GLP-1/GIP, and stop there, so ask your clinician which drug you'd be prescribed and why. Brand-name GLP-1s are also available, sent to the pharmacy of your choice, with the cost set by your insurance. If you're comparing needle-free options, the GLP-1 pill lineup shows how other programs price a tablet or under-the-tongue dose, and the microdosing guide covers the lower-dose plans Midi also offers.
Care is a real video visit. Clinicians from the medical groups named in Midi's terms, Integrative Women's Care and IWC Medical Group among them, evaluate your history and symptoms before prescribing, may order labs, and adjust your dose at follow-up visits. Its terms name Precision Compounding Pharmacy, and its pricing page says its partner compounding pharmacies are licensed and 503A-accredited. Midi says care is available in all 50 states.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and its terms say partially used periods aren't refunded, except case by case. Medicare and Medicaid aren't accepted for its services. If you'd rather avoid visit fees altogether, compare programs that fold the clinician into one price, and read the guide to getting a GLP-1 through telehealth for what to ask any clinic.

What signing up looks like
Book a virtual visit
Book a 30-minute video visit online with a Midi clinician. Visits are covered by most major insurance plans, or you can self-pay.
Your clinician builds a plan
Your clinician reviews your history and symptoms, may order labs, and prescribes a GLP-1 only if it's right for you.
A 503A pharmacy fills it
Compounded GLP-1s come from Midi's partner compounding pharmacy and ship with supplies. Brand drugs go to your pharmacy.
Follow-ups adjust your dose
Shorter follow-up visits track your progress and change your dose. Each 4-week supply renews until you cancel.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Physicians, nurses and other clinicians employed or contracted by medical groups named in Midi's terms, including Integrative Women's Care and IWC Medical Group, prescribe after a video visit. Its terms name Precision Compounding Pharmacy, and its pricing page says its partner compounding pharmacies are licensed and 503A-accredited; brand GLP-1s go to a pharmacy you choose.
Where Midi Health does well
- Publishes a full dose-by-dose price table for every compounded GLP-1 it sells, before you book anything.
- Visits are in-network with most major insurance plans, which few online GLP-1 programs offer.
- Names its medical groups and its compounding pharmacy, and says its partner pharmacies are 503A-accredited.
- Care is a video visit with a women's health clinician, with follow-up visits to adjust your dose.
- Offers injections and under-the-tongue forms, plus brand GLP-1s sent to your own pharmacy.
What to check first
- Pricing pages never name the drug, only GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP. Ask your clinician which molecule you'll get.
- Each price is a 4-week supply, so you pay 13 times a year. Budget with the calendar-month cost, not the table figure.
- Prices rise with dose. Check the table for the dose you expect to stay on, not just the starting one.
- Visits are billed apart from the medicine. If you self-pay, add the first and follow-up visit fees to your budget.
- Medicare and Medicaid aren't accepted. Check your coverage before booking if you rely on either one.
It fits you if
You're a woman in midlife who wants weight care alongside menopause or hormone care, and your insurance covers virtual visits with an in-network clinic.
Look elsewhere if
You want a named GLP-1 molecule on the price page, one price that includes the clinician, or the same price at every dose.

- Side by sideIs Foundayo as effective as Zepbound? What the trials show
Both come from Eli Lilly, but they're different molecules in different forms. Zepbound produced about twice the average weight loss in its trial. Foundayo costs less, is a pill with no food rules, and may help hold on to weight lost on an injection.

Foundayo is orforglipron, a once-daily GLP-1 pill from Eli Lilly that FDA approved on April 1, 2026 for weight management in adults. It's a different molecule from semaglutide and tirzepatide. The label says to take it with or without food. In its main trial, the top dose produced 11.2% average weight loss at 72 weeks.
