Our take on ElleS

ElleS prices compounded semaglutide injections at $269 a month and compounded tirzepatide injections at $359, both on the one-month plan. The consult, a 30-day supply and shipping are inside that price, and there's no subscription to sign. ElleS calls it guaranteed pricing: the monthly cost stays the same as your dose changes. That's the figure to hold onto if you plan to stay on treatment. Longer plans of three, six and 12 months cost less per month but are paid up front, so start on the monthly plan until you know the drug suits you. The compounded semaglutide guide explains what you're getting.

The menu leans toward people who'd rather not inject. Both molecules come as daily oral capsules: semaglutide at $299 and tirzepatide at $349 a month. There are also microdose plans, sold as an injection or a dissolving tablet, starting at $179 a month for semaglutide. Those are the lowest monthly figures ElleS prints, and they're one-month plans only. ElleS doesn't print the microdose strength.

A licensed clinician reviews your two-minute assessment, and many people are approved without a call. If a clinician needs more, a short telehealth visit gets scheduled, and the intake also offers a free email or text consultation. Its FAQ names the medical team, Lion MD, led by two physicians, and lists four partner pharmacies by name. One cost to know about: if you aren't prescribed anything, ElleS keeps a medical review fee.

The paperwork is thin. Its terms of service don't include a cancellation or refund policy, and no separate refund page exists, so ask the care team how to cancel before you pay. The semaglutide injection isn't available in Alabama. To see how ElleS sits against other programs, the compounded semaglutide lineup sorts every one by Healthspan Score, and microdosing GLP-1s explains what a low-dose plan is.

Prices are taken from ElleS's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Take the two-minute assessment

Answer a short set of health questions online. It's free, and prices are on the product cards before you start.

  2. A clinician reviews it

A licensed clinician reads your answers. Many people are approved without a call; otherwise a short telehealth visit or a free email or text consult follows.

  3. A partner pharmacy fills it

The prescription goes to one of the partner pharmacies ElleS lists in its FAQ.

  4. Free tracked delivery

The medication ships with free tracked delivery, and dose adjustments follow with your clinician at the same monthly price.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Licensed clinicians from Lion MD, a medical group ElleS names along with its two lead physicians, review the assessment, usually without a call. ElleS's FAQ lists four partner pharmacies with phone numbers, Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx, while its terms say only that licensed pharmacies may fill prescriptions. It doesn't say which pharmacy handles which product or state.

Where ElleS does well

  • ElleS says the monthly price stays the same as your dose changes.
  • Every product card shows a monthly price before you start the assessment.
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide come as daily capsules if you'd rather skip injections.
  • Its FAQ names the medical group and four partner pharmacies.
  • The consult, the medication and shipping are inside one price, with no subscription.

What to check first

  • No written cancellation or refund policy. Ask how to cancel, in writing, before you pay.
  • A medical review fee is kept if you aren't prescribed. Ask the amount before you finish the intake.
  • Longer plans are paid up front. Start on the monthly plan until you know the drug suits you.
  • Microdose plans don't print a strength. Ask what dose the price covers.
  • The semaglutide injection isn't offered in Alabama. Pick another form or provider if you live there.

It fits you if

You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one price for every dose, and you'd like a capsule or a microdose option alongside the injection.

Look elsewhere if

You want written refund and cancellation terms before you pay, or you live in Alabama and want the semaglutide injection.
