Nuform Health review
The short answer: Nuform's rapamycin works out to $96 a month, but you buy a four-month kit up front. Nothing renews, and medication orders can't be refunded once placed.

Our take on Nuform Health
Nuform sells everything as a kit with a fixed length, and that shapes the whole cost picture. Rapamycin comes as a four-month oral kit that works out to $96 a month, paid in one charge at the start and covering supplies. There is no month-to-month option, so the first payment is four times the monthly figure. Rapamycin is approved for transplant medicine, not for aging, so a longevity prescription is off-label. The rapamycin guide covers what the drug is and what the research does and doesn't show.
The upside of kits is that nothing auto-renews. Nuform says plainly that it doesn't do subscriptions or membership fees: when a kit runs out, you reorder only if you and your provider want another round. The downside is that you carry the risk up front. Its refund policy says every medication order is final once it goes to the pharmacy, and medication can't be returned once dispensed. If you're unsure rapamycin suits you, settle that in the consultation, before the kit is ordered.
There is also a consultation fee on top of the kit. The refund policy prices it and says it's collected at checkout to reserve your appointment. It comes back in full if the provider decides you aren't a candidate or if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, and it's kept once the visit is done. The product pages add that prices exclude lab and consultation fees. Labs are sold separately on a published price list, and the how-it-works page says most treatments start with bloodwork.
Care is the strongest part. Nuform is physician owned, with its co-founding physician and physician assistant named on its pages, and its terms say care comes through a professional corporation in his name. You get an assigned provider and a specialist, reachable by phone or text, and the team checks in every four weeks. The site lists no pharmacy by name, only licensed US 503A compounding pharmacies, and it doesn't publish a state list. Compare it with other programs on the metformin and rapamycin lineup, or read where people get rapamycin prescribed first.
Nuform's weight-loss kits are a separate story. Its GLP-1 and GLP+GIP blends are sold as prepaid kits too, but the product pages never name the drug inside them, so you can't tell from them whether you'd get semaglutide or tirzepatide. Its peptide menu also lists compounded tesamorelin, which pharmacies can't lawfully compound for this use.
What Nuform Health costs
| Billing | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| 4-month plan | $96/mo | $96/mo on the 4-month plan |
Prices are taken from Nuform Health's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
On its site, with the drug not named: GLP-1 injection: Starter Kit $389 / 3-month plan; GLP-1/GIP injection: Starter Kit $499 / 2.5-month plan.

What signing up looks like
Fill out the intake form
Share your health goals in a short online form. A Nuform specialist contacts you within one to two days to set up a physician consultation.
Labs and your consultation
Most treatments start with a lab panel near you. Your assigned provider reviews it with you and decides whether rapamycin fits.
A 503A pharmacy fills it
Your kit is prepared by a licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy that Nuform doesn't name, and it's paid once for its full length.
Delivery and four-week check-ins
The kit ships to your door, usually within about ten business days. Your team follows up every four weeks, and nothing renews on its own.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Nuform's terms say independent providers employed or contracted by its co-founding physician's professional corporation deliver care, by synchronous and asynchronous telehealth. Its pages say medications come from licensed US 503A compounding pharmacies but don't name one.
Where Nuform Health does well
- Nothing renews: each kit is one payment for a set length, and you reorder only if you want to continue.
- The rapamycin kit price is on the product page, with the plan length and what's included, before any intake.
- An assigned provider and specialist check in every four weeks and answer by phone or text in between.
- The co-founding physician and physician assistant are named, and the terms name the medical practice behind care.
- Lab panels have published prices, so you can see the bloodwork cost before you start.
What to check first
- Rapamycin comes only as a prepaid four-month kit. Be sure of the plan in your consultation before the kit is ordered.
- Medication orders are final once placed with the pharmacy. Ask every question you have before you approve the order.
- A consultation fee is collected at checkout on top of the kit. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead if you want it back.
- No state list is published. Confirm Nuform can treat you in your state before you pay the consultation fee.
- The peptide menu lists compounded tesamorelin, which can't be lawfully compounded. Stick to the rapamycin kit.
It fits you if
You want rapamycin from a physician-owned practice with a named team, regular check-ins and no subscription to cancel, and you're comfortable paying for four months at once.
Look elsewhere if
You'd rather pay month to month, want a refund window on medication, or want a program that names its pharmacy and publishes the states it serves.
