Harmony Wellness Clinic review

The short answer: Harmony Wellness Clinic prints a monthly price for each dose level of its two GLP-1 injections and names four 503A pharmacies, but it never says which drug either program uses.

Our take on Harmony Wellness Clinic

Harmony Wellness Clinic is a small Tulsa, Oklahoma practice that runs weight care and peptide therapy by telehealth. It sells two GLP-1 programs, "GLP-1 + B12" and "GLP-1 / GIP + B12", and its treatments page prints a monthly price for every dose level: five levels for the first, six for the second, with the price climbing at each step. What the page never does is name the drug. The descriptions read like semaglutide and tirzepatide, but a program that doesn't name its molecule is selling a GLP-1 plan, not a named semaglutide or tirzepatide plan. Ask which drug and which milligram dose each level means before you book.

That gap matters for cost too. Because the levels have no milligram doses next to them, you can't line a level up against another program's price at the same dose. You also can't tell what month four will cost until your clinician tells you which level you're on. Expect the monthly bill to rise as the dose does. Harmony takes no insurance, but it accepts HSA and FSA cards and AfterPay.

Care is a real visit rather than a questionnaire. You book a 20-minute telehealth weight-loss consultation, and the scheduler lists one clinician, Kristina Stout, a certified family nurse practitioner. Booking takes a deposit that goes toward your first order, is refunded if you don't qualify for medication, and is kept as a no-show fee without 24 hours' notice. Weight-loss patients get a monthly telehealth follow-up visit, and refills go through a request form the clinical team reviews.

Harmony is unusually open about pharmacies. Its pharmacy page names four 503A compounders with addresses: Strive Pharmacy in San Antonio, Striker Pharmacy in Katy and CasaPharma Rx in Stafford, Texas, and Designer Drugs Pharmacy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Its footer says prescriptions may be FDA-approved drugs or compounded formulas that FDA doesn't review for safety or effectiveness. The compounded semaglutide guide and the guide to compounded semaglutide safety explain what that means for you.

Two cautions. Its pages list 36 states plus DC, but the booking scheduler says its nurse practitioner can see patients in only 29 of them, so check the scheduler before you count on care. And its free peptide handbook says BPC-157, DSIP, epithalon, MOTS-c and tesamorelin are available from the clinic, though none has a lawful compounding route. Compare programs that name their drug on the compounded semaglutide lineup.

What signing up looks like

  1. Book a weight-loss consult

Pick the 20-minute telehealth weight-loss consultation in the online scheduler and pay the booking deposit.

  2. Meet the nurse practitioner

Kristina Stout, a certified family nurse practitioner, reviews your history by video and decides whether a GLP-1 fits.

  3. A named 503A pharmacy fills it

One of the four 503A pharmacies Harmony names prepares the injection and ships it to your door.

  4. Monthly follow-ups and refills

Book a monthly telehealth follow-up visit, and request refills through the form the clinical team reviews.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Kristina Stout, a certified family nurse practitioner, is the clinician Harmony names, and its scheduler books weight-loss visits with her by telehealth. Harmony says it works with 503A pharmacies licensed by state boards and names four: Strive Pharmacy, Striker Pharmacy, CasaPharma Rx and Designer Drugs Pharmacy.

Where Harmony Wellness Clinic does well

  • Names four 503A pharmacies with street addresses, more than most GLP-1 programs share.
  • Every dose level of both GLP-1 programs has its monthly price printed before you book.
  • Starts with a live 20-minute telehealth visit with a named nurse practitioner, not just a form.
  • Weight-loss patients get a monthly telehealth follow-up visit with the same clinic.
  • The booking deposit goes toward your first order and is refunded if you don't qualify.

What to check first

  • Neither GLP-1 program names its drug. Ask whether you'd get semaglutide or tirzepatide before you book.
  • Dose levels carry no milligram doses, so costs are hard to compare. Ask which level matches your dose.
  • The scheduler serves 29 states while other pages list 36 plus DC. Confirm your state on the scheduler.
  • The booking deposit is kept if you miss a visit without 24 hours' notice. Reschedule early if plans change.
  • Its peptide handbook lists BPC-157, MOTS-c and tesamorelin, which have no lawful compounding route. Skip them.

It fits you if

You want a live visit with a named clinician, monthly check-ins, and a clinic that tells you exactly which pharmacies fill its prescriptions.

Look elsewhere if

You want the drug and the milligram dose named next to the price, one price at every dose, or care in a state the scheduler doesn't list.
