Our take on Tyde Wellness
Tyde Wellness charges $199 for a one-month supply of compounded semaglutide and $249 for compounded tirzepatide, and every plan page says the price is the same at every dose level. That's worth more than it sounds: month five on a maintenance dose costs what month one did. The banners advertise much lower figures, but those are six-month rates. Tyde prints a per-month price for its three- and six-month supplies without printing the total or saying whether it's charged up front, so ask for the full amount before you pick a longer plan. The compounded semaglutide guide explains what the drug is.
Tyde names its pharmacies. Its partner page lists five, with addresses: Belmar Pharma Solutions in Colorado, Olympia Pharmacy in Florida and Red Rock Home Pharmacy in Utah, each described as a licensed 503A compounder, plus Casa Pharma and Beaker Pharmacy in Texas. Which one fills your order depends on your location and prescription. Care comes from Tyde Medical Center, the company's own physician-owned practice, whose chief medical officer, Kelly Kassick, DO, is named on the site.
After a short online intake, a licensed clinician reviews your answers; Tyde's pages put that anywhere from a few hours to two days. Weekly check-ins run through the patient portal, where your clinician can adjust the dose, and messaging with the care team is unlimited. Tyde also sells microdose plans, at $179 a month for semaglutide on a one-month supply, along with hormone therapy, sermorelin and NAD+.
Billing is a recurring membership charge from Tyde Medical Center. The plan pages say "1-month supply," but the membership terms describe charges "every 4 weeks or every calendar month," so ask which applies to you; four-week billing would mean 13 charges a year. Cancel before your renewal date in the portal or by email. Once a plan renews, refunds are at the practice's discretion and may be cut by costs already incurred. The compounded semaglutide lineup sorts Tyde with other programs by Healthspan Score, and what compounded semaglutide costs covers the monthly range.

Prices are taken from Tyde Wellness's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.
