Our take on Vita Bella
Vita Bella is a membership clinic, and the membership is the part to price first. It's a monthly fee with a three-month minimum, plus a one-time 45-minute consult, and you need labs before anything is prescribed. Medication is billed on top at what Vita Bella calls member pricing. Add the membership to the medication and low-dose rapamycin comes to $207 a month by our math, with metformin at $159. Both are prescribed off-label for healthy aging; neither is FDA-approved for that use. The rapamycin guide covers what the evidence shows, and the metformin guide does the same for metformin.
The same math applies to GLP-1s. Compounded semaglutide comes to $238 a month and compounded tirzepatide to $288, at the starting dose. Vita Bella prints only the starting-dose medication price, so expect the figure to rise as your dose does. Where the membership earns its keep is breadth. One membership covers several prescriptions, and it includes one treatment at no extra charge, testosterone, enclomiphene or B12, if your provider approves it. If you only want a GLP-1, a program with one all-in price is simpler to budget.
Care is hands-on. After the first 45-minute consult, you get one-on-one telehealth visits every quarter and direct messaging with your provider, who may be a physician or a nurse practitioner. Vita Bella is a management company that partners with medical practices, which it doesn't name. Medications ship from what it calls US FDA-inspected compounding pharmacies, also unnamed, and sending your prescription to a pharmacy of your own costs an administrative fee each time.
The rules are strict. There's a three-month minimum, a no-refund policy, a fee for missing a visit without a day's notice, and shipping charged on each medication order. To cancel, use the portal's cancellation form at least a day before your renewal. Vita Bella serves 47 states and Washington, DC, but not Alabama, Arkansas or Kansas. The metformin and rapamycin lineup sorts it with other programs by Healthspan Score, and getting metformin prescribed online compares the routes.
What Vita Bella costs

| Compounded semaglutideInjection | $238/mo | $238/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $288/mo | $288/mo |
| MetforminOral | $159/mo | $159/mo |
Prices include the standard monthly membership. California totals are $50/month higher. A one-time consultation and labs cost extra.
Prices are taken from Vita Bella's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Get your labs
Order a Quest lab panel at member pricing, or upload labs from the past six months.
Meet your provider
A 45-minute telehealth consult with a licensed physician or nurse practitioner sets your treatment plan.
Medication ships monthly
A preferred compounding pharmacy ships your medication every 30 days, and quarterly one-on-one visits follow.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Licensed providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners, at medical practices Vita Bella partners with but doesn't name, run a 45-minute first consult and quarterly one-on-one telehealth visits. Vita Bella says medications are compounded and dispensed by US FDA-inspected pharmacy partners it calls preferred pharmacies; none is named in its terms, privacy policy, FAQ or product pages. Using a pharmacy of your choice costs an administrative fee per transfer.
Where Vita Bella does well
- One membership covers many prescriptions, with testosterone, enclomiphene or B12 included if approved.
- Quarterly one-on-one telehealth visits and direct messaging with your provider.
- Prints a medication price for every product, separate from the membership fee.
- You can upload labs from the past six months instead of paying for a new panel.
- Prescribes low-dose rapamycin and metformin alongside GLP-1s, NAD+ and sermorelin.
What to check first
- Product prices leave out the required membership. Add it to the medication to see the real monthly cost.
- A three-month minimum and a strict no-refund policy apply. Be sure before you join.
- Labs and a one-time consult cost extra. Ask whether your recent labs can be used instead.
- GLP-1 prices are starting-dose figures. Ask what your dose will cost before you move up.
- Lists compounded tesamorelin, which US pharmacies aren't allowed to compound. Don't plan around it.
It fits you if
You want several longevity prescriptions, such as rapamycin, metformin, a GLP-1 or testosterone, under one provider who sees you every quarter, and you're fine paying a membership for that.
Look elsewhere if
You want a single GLP-1 at one all-in monthly price, refunds if it doesn't work out, or you live in Alabama, Arkansas or Kansas.
