Our take on WePeptideRx

WePeptideRx prices compounded tirzepatide at $199 a month at the 2.5 mg starting dose and compounded semaglutide at $189 at 0.25 mg. Those are its regular prices. Your first order is $159 for tirzepatide, and from the second month you pay the regular figure. The provider visit, the medication and priority shipping are all inside that price, with no membership. What sets WePeptideRx apart is that it prints a price for every dose. Tirzepatide has six dose steps up to 15 mg, and the price rises at each one. So the starting figure is not what month four will cost if your dose goes up. Pick the dose you expect to reach in the dropdown and read that price before you start. The compounded tirzepatide guide covers the drug itself.

The compounded injections come mixed with vitamin B12, and the monthly doses also carry glycine. There's a 90-day program that steps through three doses for one charge, and a daily oral semaglutide tablet at $199 a month at any strength. Microdose versions of both molecules sell at one flat price per month whatever the strength. If you want a predictable bill and a low dose, those flat plans are simpler.

You pay at checkout, and that reserves a consult with a licensed provider within about a day. If the provider doesn't approve you, WePeptideRx says you get a full refund. Providers come from a third-party telemedicine network it doesn't name, under a named medical director who is board-certified in internal medicine. Prescriptions go to a state-licensed compounding pharmacy, also unnamed. Cancel or pause any time before the next billing cycle, but it's done by emailing support, not in an account.

Brand pens are on the menu too: Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro. They bill every 28 days, which is 13 charges a year, and the price table shows the calendar-month figure. Ozempic and Mounjaro are labeled for type 2 diabetes, and WePeptideRx's own pages say they aren't approved for weight management. The compounded tirzepatide lineup sorts WePeptideRx with every other program by Healthspan Score, and the GLP-1 pill lineup scores its oral tablet.

Prices are taken from WePeptideRx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Take the online assessment

A five-minute questionnaire covers your health history and goals. You pick a product and a dose to see its price.

  2. Pay to reserve a consult

Checkout locks the price and books a licensed provider, usually within a day. You get a full refund if you're not approved.

  3. The provider sets the dose

Your provider reviews your answers and chooses the starting dose. Lab review is an optional add-on if you have recent results.

  4. A licensed pharmacy ships

A state-licensed compounding pharmacy fills the prescription, premixed, and it ships in about three to five business days.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Licensed providers from a third-party telemedicine network prescribe, under a named medical director who is board-certified in internal medicine; you learn your provider's name during the consultation. WePeptideRx says state-licensed compounding pharmacies fill compounded orders and licensed retail pharmacies fill brand pens. Its terms, privacy policy and disclosures don't name any pharmacy.

Where WePeptideRx does well

  • Prints a price for every tirzepatide and semaglutide dose, so you can see month four before month one.
  • The provider visit, medication and priority shipping sit inside one price, with no membership.
  • Full refund if the provider doesn't approve you after you pay.
  • Microdose plans cost one flat monthly price at any strength.
  • Publishes its state list: 48 states, all but Alabama and Mississippi.

What to check first

  • The price rises at each dose step. Read the price for the dose you expect to reach, not just the first.
  • The first order is discounted. Budget for the regular price from month two.
  • Brand pens bill every 28 days, which is 13 charges a year. Budget by the calendar-month figure.
  • Canceling means emailing support before the next billing cycle. Send it a few days early.
  • Neither the pharmacy nor the provider network is named. Ask who fills your order before you pay.

It fits you if

You want to see exactly what each dose of compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide will cost before you start, with the visit and shipping included.

Look elsewhere if

You want one price that holds as your dose climbs, a named pharmacy, or a cancel button in your account. It also doesn't serve Alabama or Mississippi.
