Our take on Neuvé MD

Neuvé MD prices compounded semaglutide at $219 a month and tirzepatide at $349, with a cheaper first month on each. Plan around the standing price, because month two is where it lands. The plan price covers the medication, the clinician review, shipping and injection supplies, and Neuvé says there's no separate consult fee. Monthly dose adjustments are part of the plan, so stepping up a dose doesn't add a visit charge. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows where that sits in the market.

The pricing page is more complete than most. Every product shows its first-month and standing price, and the lab panels have their own price list. GLP-1 patients need a panel within the first 90 days and once a year after that, charged separately. You can book a draw at a partner lab or upload recent results from your own doctor. There are also daily dissolving tablets of both drugs, and oral tirzepatide at $279 a month costs less than the standard-dose injection.

Some gaps are worth knowing about. Neuvé doesn't publish the states it serves, so you won't know you're eligible until you've started the intake. It never names the pharmacy that fills GLP-1 orders, only that it's state-licensed. Its billing policy mentions paid membership tiers without printing their prices or saying whether a plan needs one. And the refund policy is labeled as summary copy still under legal review. Ask support to confirm in writing what you'll be billed each month.

The catalog is also wider than this site covers. Neuvé sells several peptides, including BPC-157 and peptide blends, that FDA doesn't allow pharmacies to compound, alongside NAD+, sermorelin and hormone therapy. If you're here for a GLP-1, keep your plan to the GLP-1. The compounded semaglutide lineup compares Neuvé with other programs on the same four checks.

Prices are taken from Neuvé MD's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Answer a three-minute intake

A short private questionnaire on history, medications and goals. No card is needed to start.

  2. A clinician reviews your chart

A U.S.-licensed clinician in the Neuvé network reviews it. Most people never need a call; a 15-minute video visit is booked if your history or state requires one.

  3. Labs, then the pharmacy

Book a draw at a partner lab or upload recent results. A state-licensed pharmacy prepares the order with supplies.

  4. Shipped, then refilled

Orders ship in about two days, cold-packed where needed, and reorders are scheduled automatically.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Prescriptions come from independent U.S.-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners in the NEUVÉ Clinical Network, mostly by written review with a video visit when required; Neuvé doesn't name the clinicians or their medical group. For GLP-1s and hormones it says only that a state-licensed pharmacy fills the order. Its terms, refund, financial and privacy pages don't name a pharmacy.

Where Neuvé MD does well

  • Every product shows both its first-month and standing monthly price on one public pricing page.
  • Lab panels have their own printed prices, and you can upload results from your own doctor instead.
  • Monthly dose adjustments are included, and the plan price has no separate consult fee.
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide come as daily dissolving tablets as well as weekly injections.
  • Month-to-month plans with no lock-in for GLP-1 treatment.

What to check first

  • No published list of states served. Check that your state is covered before you fill in the full intake.
  • The pharmacy behind GLP-1 orders is never named. Ask support which pharmacy will fill yours.
  • Paid membership tiers appear in its billing policy without prices. Confirm no membership is added to your plan.
  • Also sells peptides such as BPC-157 that FDA doesn't allow pharmacies to compound. Stick to the GLP-1 plan.
  • First-month prices are intro rates. Budget by the standing monthly price that starts in month two.

It fits you if
