Our take on You + Me MD
You + Me MD sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections and as daily tablets, with no membership fee and shipping included. The tablets are the simplest to price. Its semaglutide tablet page lists $279 on a one-month plan and the tirzepatide tablet page $339, with lower monthly rates the longer you commit. Both tables carry the wrong caption, one labeled as injectable pricing and the other as sermorelin pricing, so read the plan lengths rather than the headings. The oral semaglutide guide explains how a pill version differs from the weekly shot.
The injections are harder. The semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages each print a one-month price, while the separate weight-loss plans page prints no one-month plan at all and different three- and six-month rates. Neither page explains the gap. The six-month plan is also an introductory rate: the homepage footnotes say it renews at a higher regular six-month price. The large "starting at" figures belong to the 12-month plan. Before you pay, confirm the monthly price on the checkout screen and ask what the renewal will cost.
Care runs through Wasef Health, a Florida medical practice the company names in its FAQ, with a chief medical officer named on the site. A licensed provider reviews your online intake, usually within about a day, with no video visit required, and you're only charged if you're prescribed. The FAQ names one partner pharmacy, VialsRX, with a Houston street address, but the pharmacy's own site prints a different Texas address, and the FAQ answer about pharmacy licensing still ends with a leftover internal editing note. Ask which pharmacy will fill your order and where it is licensed.
The paperwork needs a closer look. The product pages say there's no membership fee, but the terms describe a recurring monthly membership fee that is non-refundable once paid, and they still contain an unfilled placeholder where the customer-service phone number should be. State coverage is also stated two ways: the FAQ says GLP-1s ship everywhere except Louisiana, while the shipping policy excludes several other states, which leaves 45 states that neither page excludes. Brand Ozempic and Zepbound are priced only on a 12-month supply. The GLP-1 pill lineup shows how the tablet price compares.
What You + Me MD costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideTablet | $279/mo | $279/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideTablet | $339/mo | $339/mo |
Prices are taken from You + Me MD's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Take the online assessment
A five-minute intake covers your goals and health history. The site asks for an email early in the intake.
A provider reviews it
A licensed provider from Wasef Health reviews your answers, usually within about a day, with no in-person or video visit required.
A partner pharmacy fills it
If you're prescribed, a licensed pharmacy prepares the medication; the FAQ names VialsRX as its partner. You're only charged if prescribed.
Shipped with ongoing support
Medication ships discreetly to a street address, not a PO box, and the plan includes unlimited messaging with the care team.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from licensed providers at Wasef Health, a Florida medical practice, after an asynchronous review of your intake. The FAQ names VialsRX as its partner pharmacy, with a Houston street address that differs from the one on the pharmacy's own site, and says only that medications are dispensed through appropriately licensed pharmacies. It doesn't say whether that pharmacy is a 503A or 503B.
Where You + Me MD does well
- Sells semaglutide and tirzepatide as daily tablets as well as weekly injections, with no needles needed.
- Names its medical practice, its chief medical officer and its partner pharmacy on its own site.
- No membership fee is charged on the product pages, and medication, supplies and shipping are included.
- You're only charged if a provider prescribes, and longer plans lower the monthly price.
- Prints a one-month price on every core GLP-1 product page, so you can start without a long commitment.
What to check first
- Product pages and the plans page list different injection prices. Confirm the monthly figure at checkout.
- The six-month plan is an intro rate that renews higher. Ask for the renewal price before you choose it.
- Terms list a non-refundable membership fee and leave the support phone as an unfilled placeholder. Ask in writing which fees apply.
- The FAQ and shipping policy disagree on which states are served. Confirm your state before you pay.
- The pharmacy address in the FAQ differs from the pharmacy's own. Ask where your order is filled and licensed.
It fits you if
You'd rather take a daily GLP-1 tablet than inject, and you want a one-month plan with no membership before deciding on anything longer.
Look elsewhere if
You want one consistent price across a seller's pages, a published list of states that agrees with itself, or a video visit before your prescription.
