Our take on Prime Doctor RX
Prime Doctor RX labels its prices "/ month," but the fine print says each price is for a four-week supply, and the month-to-month plan bills every four weeks. That's 13 charges a year, so compounded semaglutide comes to about $270 a calendar month by our math. Compounded tirzepatide, with either B12 or glycine mixed in, comes to about $367, and a daily semaglutide tablet to about $302. Each drug has one price on the page, with no dose tiers, and the page promises no surprise lab or consult fees later.
Watch which plan you're looking at. The pricing section opens on the 52-week option, billed up front, and you have to switch to Monthly to see the month-to-month price. Prepaid 12, 24 and 52-week plans lower the price per four weeks quite a bit, and medication still ships every four weeks, but you pay the whole term at the start. Shipped compounded medication can't be refunded, so a year paid in advance is a real commitment. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how the month-to-month figure compares with other programs.
Prime Doctor RX is a technology platform. Care comes from Elite Care Health, an independent physician group it names on its site, and prescriptions are filled by Rx Ave Health, which it calls a licensed US pharmacy. A clinician reviews your online intake and may ask for more information, labs or a consultation before deciding. The site says plainly, more than once, that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved. If you're weighing a tablet against a weekly shot, the oral semaglutide guide covers how they differ.
Read the refund policy before you start. You get a full refund only if you cancel before a provider reviews your intake. After that, a doctor consultation fee is kept even if you aren't approved, and the site doesn't say how much it is. The tirzepatide with glycine isn't available in California. Its peptide, NAD+ and women's hormone prices appear only inside the intake, so they can't be compared up front.

Prices are taken from Prime Doctor RX's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Where Prime Doctor RX does well
- Names its physician group, Elite Care Health, and its pharmacy, Rx Ave Health, on its own site.
- One price per GLP-1 with no dose tiers, and the page promises no surprise lab or consult fees later.
- Prints the month-to-month price next to 12, 24 and 52-week prepaid plans before you start an intake.
- Offers compounded tirzepatide with glycine as well as B12, and a daily semaglutide tablet.
- Repeats in several places that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved or FDA-evaluated.
What to check first
- Prices marked "/ month" are four-week supplies, so 13 charges a year. Budget on the calendar-month cost.
- The pricing section opens on the 52-week prepaid rate. Switch to Monthly before you compare.
- A consult fee of unstated size is kept once a provider reviews you. Ask what it is before you submit.
- Shipped compounded medication can't be refunded. Start month to month until you know the drug suits you.
- Tirzepatide with glycine isn't offered in California. Pick the B12 version if you live there.
It fits you if
You want a named physician group and a named pharmacy, one GLP-1 price that doesn't change with your dose, and the option to prepay for a lower rate once you're settled.
Look elsewhere if
You want calendar-month billing, a refund if you aren't approved, or peptide and NAD+ prices you can see before the intake.

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain.
