Our take on YourHealthRx
YourHealthRx prices compounded semaglutide at $170 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $210, and it says the price stays the same whatever dose your clinician prescribes. That matters past month three, when most people move up a dose. The monthly price covers the prescription, the medication and shipping, and there is no membership on top. The figures to budget by are on the plan screen you reach after choosing a drug, not the banner. The compounded semaglutide guide explains how the drug differs from Wegovy and Ozempic.
Here is the catch with the advertised prices. The homepage and drug pages still lead with "rate lock" figures that needed a code redeemed by a mid-October deadline that has passed. Those lower numbers aren't what a new patient pays. The 3- and 6-month plans also lower the monthly figure, but each is billed as one charge up front. If you're new to the drug, the month-to-month plan is the fair comparison. The plan screens label each price as the initial price and don't say whether refills cost the same, so ask before your second order.
Both drugs also come as a daily dissolving tablet: semaglutide at $200 a month and tirzepatide at $220. These are compounded tablets, not an FDA-approved pill like the Wegovy tablet. The injectable tirzepatide is compounded with vitamin B12. To see how the tablets compare with other swallow-it options, open the GLP-1 pill lineup.
YourHealthRx isn't a medical practice or a pharmacy. It runs the storefront, and Ola Digital Health, its clinical platform partner, runs the intake and the clinician network. Most states get a written review; nine states, including New Jersey and Virginia, need a live video visit. YourHealthRx says partner 503A compounding pharmacies fill its prescriptions. It serves all 50 states but not the District of Columbia. Read the refund policy before you start: coordination fees generally aren't refunded once a clinician has your intake.

Prices are taken from YourHealthRx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Pick a drug and plan
Choose semaglutide or tirzepatide, a shot or a tablet, and a monthly or prepaid plan. A short routing form comes first.
Complete the clinical intake
The intake runs on the partner portal. A licensed clinician reviews it in writing, or by video in the nine states that require one.
A 503A pharmacy fills it
If you're prescribed, a partner 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the order and ships it cold-packed.
Arrives in about a week
Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Follow-up, lab review and dose changes stay with your clinician.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Prescriptions come from physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants in the network of Ola Digital Health, YourHealthRx's clinical platform partner; YourHealthRx says it doesn't diagnose or prescribe. Review is written in most states, with a required video visit in nine. Its pages describe partner 503A compounding pharmacies working under USP standards that supply a certificate of analysis for each lot, but its terms, privacy, refund and availability pages don't name one.
Where YourHealthRx does well
- Says the monthly price stays the same at every dose, with prescription, medication and shipping included.

What to check first
- Banner prices need rate-lock codes that have expired. Budget by the price on the plan screen.
- Plan screens show an initial price only. Ask whether your refills are billed at the same price.
- Fees generally aren't refunded once a clinician has your intake. Be sure before you submit.
- YourHealthRx says partner 503A pharmacies fill its orders. Ask support which one will fill yours.

It fits you if
You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one price for every dose, with no membership, and you might prefer a dissolving tablet to a weekly shot.
Look elsewhere if
You live in DC, want a refund window after you submit your intake, or want to know the pharmacy before you pay.

Questions about YourHealthRx

Semaglutide copies GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It raises insulin only when blood sugar is high, lowers glucagon, slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite through the brain.
